I would have to say it is more ease of use than Word sometimes. Creating surveys , forms , excel sheets etc is very easy and it’s simple to add collaborators to the forms as well. Google forms is free so it obviously is a great value and very beneficial. When using Google forms to collect data, I would have to say that they excel in this area as well because as I stated earlier, it is easy to add collaborators from all parts of the company and unother like other software, there’s rarely any glitches . I haven’t had to reach out to Google for customer support, so I cannot speak on that at all but I consider that great. It means their product works consistently ! #### Cons There is actually nothing that I do dislike about Google forms. It comes included with the google suite so it's an added benefit on top of a package we need as a company anyway. The newly integrated AI feature is a real help, it allows me to quickly design a different kind of survey very quickly and effectively. #### Cons I didn't find it easy to integrate Google Forms with other aspects of our processes (CRM/other google docs etc).
