The software is so easy to use by everyone and easily customizable for whatever kind of survey you want to create.

This will allow us to be more strategic in our efforts, instead of disparate efforts that we hope have the desired effect.

The ease of setting up surveys, response from their team, and roll out of the surveys has been fantastic. Gathering and reviewing the data is also very easy but time-consuming.

There was an overly ambitios anonymity filter that was removing a lot of my responses, but again, as soon as I reported the issue, the team immediately fixed the problem.

As we have a lot of changes in the org structure, every time we need to update the database, which is cumbersome and full of errors - I have a feeling that data isn't overwritten.

Useful Online Survey software perfect for Social Distancing.

The inability to get a single response from the API. There is no way to manage your employee surveys from an administrative perspective.

The dashboard and reporting capability is powerful if you put in robust info. As well, it integrates with Salesforce CRM.

Integrates well with web services. Great preview, including for mobile.

The look and feel is good too. Once you learn how to use it, it’s easy to keep up.

Depending on what level of account you have, you can be limited in response options.

Customer support/our Qualtrics rep has also been great in helping us structure the questions to make sure they are phrased correctly and are fair to the people answering them.

The ease of the graphical results makes it a quick win to show to senior teams.

Qualtrics is by far the best research software on the market. It's easy to use, functional, and all around great.

The Qualtrics survey platform also offers an offline application -- for an additional fee -- which is extremely weak.

One of my favorites is the ability to add a skip pattern in the survey. This is very advantageous when working in the social sciences field.

I have hated the reporting and dashboard functionality, as well as the administration dashboard.

When you mass send out a survey through Qualtrics, it often ends up going into people's spam folders. Also, sometimes the piped text features as well as adding contacts can be overly complicated.

However, while the base platform is great, the organization is far from perfect. I had numerous issues deploying the offline app.

Very easy to create and share surveys for research investigations. Exploration of already existing questions is good.

The ability to buy a single subscription for your entire organization can make this very cost effective, too.

Qualtrics is an amazing, top of the line survey software, but it comes at a price.

Best survey use I've seen out there. Non linear question editing is superb and it is super easy to view mobile and desktop visuals.

This tools is fantastic for working with our Faculty and Researchers. They expect in-depth analysis and appreciate the power of Qualtrics.
