Clean and beautiful forms

Perfect for simple and straightforward forms -- easy to use and beautiful.

Pros

The forms look beautiful: contemporary, minimal, friendly. They can be branded and are really easy for users to take. Showing only one question at a time keeps the form from becoming overwhelming. The interface is pretty easy to use, with templates for different types of questions and a drag and drop system that was easy to learn.

Cons

Sometimes I wished the appearance of the Typeform could be a little more customized beyond font style/color and adding images. I also found the workflow a little confusing when creating conditional questions (e.g., only show question 7 if question 6 was a "yes"), but I did eventually get the hang of it.

Beautiful forms, somewhat pricey

Pros

They redesigned the form experience. I discovered typeform because I used one on some other website. I thought it was really well designed! It caused me to give it a try. Typeform makes the experience much better than the typical basic form that you're used to. It gives your business a professional look. They're easy to build, and easy to place on your website.

Cons

Typeform may have made changes since I last used it, but at the time it was pretty pricey... I understand that Typeform forms look a lot better than a standard form, but their competition is another company's free product. I can find a free form product with unlimited allowed submissions, but it may not look quite as nice. I would love to use Typeform for all my forms for my small website, but then I realized that I was limited with my submissions and I just couldn't quite justify the price for the next package up. It's not that I don't wan't to pay for a service, but the price just seemed too much. However, they may have changed their prices since.

Great experience for your users

Pros

1. They allow you to have a free account indefinitely! Only 100 responses and 10 questions per survey, but still!
2. Filling out one of these surveys is super fun and easy for your users
3. The analytics are good

Cons

The cost prevented me from going from a free version to a paid version. I would like to see the price go down. $30/month is too high!

Beautiful Forms

Pros

I really love the interface of the forms. They are engaging and beautifully designed and much more unique than any other company I have seen before.

Cons

The only real con I have seen is that there was a data breach. Of course this can happen with any company but it was a bummer to get a notification that client data was compromised. As a business owner, security is always incredibly important.

Beats Our Paid Church Option

As I said: Its value far exceeds its $0 price point (I do not use the paid model as the data I collect fits comfortably into the 100/month category). I do not see myself switching from Typeform anytime in the near future.

Pros

Typeform is simple and does exactly what I need it to do. Customizable templates, reports, optional notifications, easily shared. On the user experience side, it beats the daylights out of the complex system the church I work for utilizes and pays out of its ears for! I have said in no uncertain terms to our staff that we will continue to use Typeform over the church's software because its simplicity increases its utility to the general population.

Cons

The lack of mobile access is Typeform's one major weakness in my estimation. I have to be sitting at my computer to view submissions if I do not turn on notifications that push to my email (something I do not leverage as my inbox is cluttered enough as it is).

Typeform Review

Overall, Typeform was more than enough for me to get the job done. The surveys also come out looking very clean and professional.

Pros

It is extremely easy to set up a survey using Typeform. I used it as part of a University assignment and had more than enough features at my disposal. It only took me 5 minutes to set up and start sending my survey to fellow students. I also liked the fact that you can choose to get an email notification when your survey is answered by someone. This email also contains the answers that were put in response to your questions on the survey, making it very easy to view and analyse your data!

Cons

Some features are locked behind a paywall. For example, you can only have 10 questions your survey if you opt for the free version.

Easily make a survey which is not tiring to the participants

It solves the main worry of every survey making process. It is so beautiful, even the participants don't get tired filling it!

Pros

While it's easy to use, the result is just so beautiful! Everyone who has to make a survey has a hard time to engage the survey participants long enough to fill a long survey. Typeform's form design is just powerful enough to solve those worries.

Cons

Sometimes there are some UX glitches. Like having a not so intuitive back action or autofills.

Makes Data Collection Easy

Typerform offers an interactive platform for data collection at a very pocket-friendly price and the developers keep on improving the software, which means that in future, it is likely to be among the best data collection tools around.

Pros

It is very easy to create a questionnaire through Typerform, and offers the user the ability to create logic jumps or skips between various questions. The interface is also friendly and interactive. The customer service is also friendly and tries to improve on their products based on the client's recommendation.

Cons

Does not allow the user to upload more than one video or image and does not support basic HTML commands especially when uploading videos or images.

Less is more with Typeform.

I use Typeform primarily for customer surveys and feedback.

Pros

It is easy to use and intuitive too. I use Typeform as against using Google Forms because it has got better ,and customizable templates. I am able to add conditional questions to my surveys, which I am unable to do on Google forms.

Cons

I am unable to switch between languages inside my Typeform.

Very nice tool

Pros

Typeform offers very nice functionality for very little amount of money. It's easy to use and surveys look very nice.

Cons

I don't have much to say of cons. It's a great tool and we use it for our company few times a year. Works great!

Typeform gives you the ability to understand your customers needs, quickly.

Enjoyable, pleasant and insightful!

Pros

Want to setup a form that allows users to submit a feature request? Typeforms got you covered. Want to setup a cancelation survey? Typeforms got you! Need to understand why someone deleted their freakin' account? Typeform.

That's pretty much the best part of this service. The quick and easy forms and the great results reporting. I can quickly jump into Typeform and understand why someone possibly left, gave feedback, or just left a survey!

Cons

The interface does leave something to be desired, it is setup kind of strange in my opinion and the UI needs a make over. But aside from that I love it!

It's basically perfect

Pros

As a designer, I felt like they really got how important the user experience is when interacting with forms. The flexibility to customize while keeping the interface very clean is a feat to be celebrated.

Cons

I'm not sure I can think anything that I liked the least.

Typeform is a must!

Pros

With Typeform, you can create forms and surveys for any purpose you want. The variety of templates is impressive, and the pricing (Typeform is free only under some circumstances) is very reasonable. We created out marketing brief with the help of Typeform.

Cons

The variety of features and options can get you lost, making questions can be a bit tricky at first but once you spend there some time you will never look back!

The best form builder the web has ever seen

Put simply, the biggest problem I've solved is feedback and knowing my customers. Previously, it was mostly guesswork. But now that I can send out great forms like this to get feedback, I have more confidence in my strategic decisions.

Pros

Intuitiveness and flow. This software is fantastic. The ability to create wonderfully custom and unique forms tailored to your industry/purpose is incredible. Going even deeper, each aspect of your form can rely on answers given in previous questions. I don't believe there is any other form builder that allows you to do this.

Cons

It's quite a large learning curve. The interface can take some time getting used to as there are a lot of bells and whistles. So it can be overwhelming at first but push through and you'll know your customers very well, very soon!

Super fluid and engaging in capturing responses from your audience

Pros

Typeform is super fluid. You hit return and you add a new question, you have live, instantaneous preview side by side to the creation of the survey - it’s genius. It’s this fluidity of the process of creating a survey or quiz that Typeform’s strength lies; this and the fact that you can embed the survey on a web page or in an email, and integrated with 3rd party apps for a multitude of enhancements such as capturing leads from surveys, or sending typeform responses straight to Trello to be followed-up.

Cons

Rather a suggestion when it comes to inserting images: I can’t relocate the images to move them about the screen into the desired position. Ideally I’d like the image to form the background of the question and answers, and not just as a picture underneath the text.

Slick, solid and stable!

Data organization and visualization, as well as it's integration with custom API and software was the best that could happen to many use cases on my company and also personal side projects. Custom design ability it's also amazing.

Pros

Both the overall form admin and form user experience is amazing. From the design to the interaction, it's really outstanding on the market.
Form building it's a breeze and any user filling it will have an awesome and professional looking experience.

Cons

Although it has lots of integration API features, some block fields could be even more flexible and programmable, such as making a logic condition to check if the user is adult or still a child based on birth date.
Price tiers should be diversified allowing less use cases for cheaper.
