  • Pros

  • The best part is that the tool is mobile friendly and you can organize your survey efficiently. I liked the customer service too as they are quick to resolve all queries.
  • We were impressed with everything Qualtrics had to offer right off the bat, and I've continued to be impressed with the innovations and improvements they've deployed over the years.
  • Customer support/our Qualtrics rep has also been great in helping us structure the questions to make sure they are phrased correctly and are fair to the people answering them.
  • Cons

  • Use of the "Blocks" can be difficult to navigate if you have little experience using the interface.
  • When you mass send out a survey through Qualtrics, it often ends up going into people's spam folders. Also, sometimes the piped text features as well as adding contacts can be overly complicated.
  • Depending on what level of account you have, you can be limited in response options.

  • Pros

  • I love how easy this made the process of getting documents from customers. It looks great and is super easy to set up.
  • Typeform is great for making surveys look more appealing. It's easy to build surveys and make them look better than simple interfaces like Surveymonkey or Surveygizmo.
  • The best feature are the easy to implement forms with lots of convenient ways to get the right kind of data in the right kind of way. Clients love using them, and I love making them.
  • Cons

  • Unable to remove their branding unless you pay twice as much. So essentially you have to pay €40 more every month just to remove their branding.
  • Unfortunately the editor is sometimes very slow if you have several logical steps and questions. Furthermore the own integration to Airtable is very bad, we prefer to use paper in between.
  • Internal reporting tools are limited. The jump between pro and premium was a little hard to swallow and there is no options for any ala cart features.
