Everyone loved it and we instantly realised that we could run despatch for the whole country from head office. On-boarding is complete. The technology works extremely well and can be customised to a large extent. Being able to rapidly spin up and down user accounts, creating magic QR codes for zero-touch login, and the integrations with third-party hardware make Zello a no-brainer for frontline PTT. #### Cons At times, the web portal can feel antiquated in a post-material design era, but there is beauty in simplicity. Our drivers carry tablets, not cell phones this allows us to call them and communicate at a fraction of the cost. The recording feature is a great management tool.
