Everyone loved it and we instantly realised that we could run despatch for the whole country from head office. On-boarding is complete. The technology works extremely well and can be customised to a large extent. Being able to rapidly spin up and down user accounts, creating magic QR codes for zero-touch login, and the integrations with third-party hardware make Zello a no-brainer for frontline PTT. #### Cons At times, the web portal can feel antiquated in a post-material design era, but there is beauty in simplicity. Our drivers carry tablets, not cell phones this allows us to call them and communicate at a fraction of the cost. The recording feature is a great management tool. We like zello a lot, but we are investigating at the moment possibilities to use gateways to combine zello with our own radios. If zello is inactive it is impossible to alert someone. Alarm needs to be loud (should wake up a person) and vibration is needed. We would also need a status panel, where status of the assigned job can be changed.
