"The patient portal is a huge plus, allowing for easy communication and document sharing, which has significantly improved our practice's efficiency and patient engagement."

"The interface is incredibly intuitive and makes managing patient charts and scheduling seamless."

"They have lots of settings to help customize your setup, and it has worked well for both the providers and administrators in our practice."

"However, system slowdown is a problem that i have faced a few times. When i try to load big files and charts the system starts lagging which is quite frustrating."

"BlueFin is a nightmare and we can't take the risk of working with them (see BlueFin review of overcharging, refusing to close accounts, etc) - because that is the only option, we are having to use a completely different scheduling system so we can charge our cash pay patients. "

"Support w/ answering the phone and talking to an agent is offered but they often cant fix the issue, need an engineer, and this is where the breakdown occurs. "
