Pros/Cons

Pros
Very easy to use, not over whelming, and inexpensive compared to Chirotouch, etc. The customer support has been great!!
It is easy to use and well designed. Great start for my practice.

Cons
One small downside is not being able to view patient date birth in the scheduling drop down menu which is would be a pertinent shortcut. But overall very efficient software.
Freezes up at times and have to reload. Otherwise it's a great program. I'm sure its an easy fix.

Pros
I like that it is user friendly, it is easy to use and has a lot of features.
This software is very affordable. It is relatively easy to use and move around in.

Cons
The time it takes to get it all the way you want it, but it's worth it. I have hardly needed tech support and it has been adequate but not stellar. That could be improved.
Nothing at the moment, maybe I would like to have more freedom to customize the system even more on my own. But the tech support is pretty good to handle most of the adjustments
