Customer service and features used to be great BUT they seem to be slipping.

Screen jumps around when you first sign on, often causing me to click on the wrong patient.

I love all the training that are offered and easy to re watch when having proplems.

Our hugest struggle is getting reports to balance.

She was trained wrong and then told she wasn't doing the process right.

I have also struggle with the arrangement of the widgets.

I like that it is easy to use. The electronic charting system has many options and offers a write in section if you want to add something not included in the options provided.

Patagonia has been great for my charting on my patient visits.

You make changes we don't ask for and they are often difficult to maneuver through, e.g. pharmacy app.

The lag time and sometimes the error messages.

Sometimes figuring out the widgets can be confusing.

We used to have great customer service and someone would actually call you and walk you through your issue, now everything is done via a ticket and some issues are not resolved in a timely manner.

I like how easy it is to view other departments information in the EMR.

This is somewhat frustrating when I  have clients waiting.

The ability to upload documents has been a huge advantage. It has eliminated the need for storing and transferring documents when students transfer or advanced from one school to another.

Too many freeze ups and sometimes lost documents.

Sensitive content hidden] is so easy to work with and can depend on her  to call you back.the system works well and I have been a biller for over 30 years and by far this one is the best I have used.

Reporting has been great and we have been able to use so many reports to get our numbers that the state requires.

I don't like not being able to edit the templates.I constantly have issues with prescribing medication. The entire medication system is cumbersome.

I love how user friendly it is. It is not difficult to schedule appointments.

I don't like how it doesn't go back to the place I left off (when entering in labs, medications, ect)I don't like that I am entering in things multiple times (so repetitive).

It can be difficult to fix a error. There tends to need to be multiple people to complete a simple mistake.

My only complaint about Patagonia Health has been recent.

Inability to change emails once entered, hard to find the exercise you’re looking for sometimes.

I love working with TeleHab, it is easy to work with and there are enough exercises to choose from. My patients love it to and have their exercises always in their pocket, even on vacation.

My patients love having a video and explanation to be confident they are doing things correctly. It has a great variety of exercises and passive movements.

The app is very easy to use and allows both clinician and client to track their progress whilst modifying / progressing things as needed. Would 100% recommend to any physio out there.

Telehab is the most user friendly exercise prescription software.

I use Telehab for every patient who comes to see me. Effective Physical Therapy requires some work at home.

Telehab is easy to navigate and is intuitive. It allows my team and I to set up programs, assign them and get video feedback on our clients/athletes progress.

It is sometimes difficult to find a specific exercise, I think this is the fault of me not being able to find the proper translation in English.

Customisable to a good degree without compromising the quality of the end user's experience. Ability to track progress is useful when bought into by individuals.

Telehab is the more effective way of ensuring compliance with home exercise programs. Additionally, my patients rarely have questions regarding exercise technique after following telehab’s videos.

The ability to quickly sign clients up, generate an exercise program, add specific notes and play it all back to them is game changing.

Clinically the exercises are excellent, functional and instructions are clear. The sorting system is logical and search facility allows for typos and a variety of titles.

Excellent experience with a wow factor from my clients when I have assigned the programs to them.

Integration with practice management software is developing and almost perfect.

It is very easy to integrate Telehab with the clinical system we use in clinic and it has a great variation in exercises for all levels from post op care to higher level rehabilitation.

Video calling often links not sent to patients and then difficulty using video call when patient on mobile phone.

Some video doesn't have audio, sometime its hard to find exercise.

Updating a patients email after the initial integration/upload with Nookal is difficult.
