Much more than an EAP
Excellent. Highly recommend the Sonder team and service.
PROSSonder provides both a push and a pull service to our Team Members. The alerts are great to keep emerging and topical issues top of mind, and the ease of access for specific support on an individual basis via chat, call and online articles is fantastic.
CONSWhile the location services are great, when I was on holiday in the UK from Australia I got all of the local UK alerts (very helpful) but I did miss alerts on things happening at home which made it difficult to know if there were any risks for my family or my colleagues to be aware of.
Reasons for switching to Sonder
I wanted a more comprehensive benefit for our Team Members that didn't just provide reactive support, but also proactive safety and well being offerings.
