  • Pros

  • Clear touch Support system is very strong , timely action and New changes are implemented as fast they can , Integration with other applications are smoother.
  • Easy to Use, Good client support, Easy traceability, Good call recording feature.
  • Cons

  • There is no least about the software as i use till now.
  • Sometimes lag on customer voice, Also sometimes we didn't getting the customer voice.

  • Initially, the software was really easy to use, intuitive and thoughtfully designed. The cost seemed worth the functionality.
  • I was impressed with how fast they got back to me and their dedication for resolving issues. This is a great tool and does what I need it too.
  • Cons

  • But the features they removed are still being advertised on the homage page. Overall a poor experience that cost my business lots of wasted time.
  • The only problem I ever ran into was selecting the time frames for trimming videos and adding text.
