Clear touch Support system is very strong , timely action and New changes are implemented as fast they can , Integration with other applications are smoother.

There is no least about the software as i use till now.

Sometimes lag on customer voice, Also sometimes we didn't getting the customer voice.

It makes our process easier in terms of executing the dialer uploads and getting the customized feedback through API in our required format.

Compare to previous calling app,  I feel CLear Touch is better than those with budget friendly. It helped both agent and administrate in  crease the work performance and easy agent analysis report.

My favorite thing about veed is that it just works on Windows 10. The best feature is their subtitle tools that automatically generates captions for my videos.

I love how simple and easy it is to edit videos. I tested a lot of other programs but found veed was the most intuitive program to use.

Despite the fact I didn't use the software, I'm so grateful for all the help I was offered- totally unexpected and totally appreciated.

I was literally like a on-field support team for Veed the whole day.

I think this is ridiculous and unacceptable. 3 different customer service reps emailed me back saying tough luck and that I should pay more money to get more than 1 font.

The Best & Most Easy to Use Simple Video Editing Software.

It was very helpful for the project I had and very user friendly.

I thought I'll be paying 20€ and I ended up paying 70.

I like that I can film, edit and subtitle all in one program instead of the multiple programs I was using previously.

Sad to leave, but if I can't do my work quickly and it takes longer than it should...Well, there are other options out there for me. Time is everything, and if it takes 30 minutes for a 5 min video.

When I discovered veed I was very pleased. The features are great even for the nonpayment version and super easy to use for a non-editing start like me.

The UI is very simple to use and makes video production pretty simple. When I had an issue the customer support was fantastic.

This software has the potential to be really good, there are a lot of great features that are helpful in creating content that will trend online.

The software crashes every time you zoom in on the timeline, restricting the ability to edit (cut, copy, move) clips.

The fact that they make their money by refusing to refund customers.

To no fault of their own, this video just wasn't going to happen, but he really, really tried.
