I was a bit frustrated : most SMTP integrations wouldn't work with their initial implementation of marketing emails, as it required to send custom headers along the e-mail.

Postmark is a great, straightforward service with phenomenal support.

The deliverability is overall better than most providers and far superior to any shared host we tried. Their approach to separate marketing and transactional email flows is smart in that matter.

Pricing was a concern at first but well. If we have to pay for a 3rd party provider to deliver our e-mails, we'd rather spend a bit more and have e-mails inboxed rather than discarded or sent to spam.

What I like most about this software is the ease of use,  options are straightforward and easy to understand. The search tool is powerful and quick as well.

Wonderful support staff and great introduction offerings to new users. The spam notification is easy and doesn't cause me to freak out when a few dozen emails bounce.

I love how you can have separate servers for separate emails. Their price is also extremely fair per month, which makes it easy to scale.

They have the best customer service for email services, I've tried 4 including sendgrid, they're the best with customer service.

Which is very affordable after Amazon SES, it also have very good repuation of IPs that help to get email deliver to the Inbox.

Postmark is the best solution out there in the market for this.

Their email delivery is the best I've ever found so far in the industry. I haven't needed to use their customer support much, but when I did they were fairly quick to respond.

I was having trouble with ALL my emails getting through, including crucial messages to new customers, so I was right away starting off on a bad note with new users. That is now a thing of the past.

It just works and gives much better deliverability. It also tracks email opens which is great for e-commerce.

It's a bit confusing at first to figure out where to find things, but once you do, it's a breeze.

Overall it has tied into our system great, and we have only had a few minor issues. And the nonprofit pricing is great.

Admin panel offers great reporting. Lots of technical guidance on effective bulk sending.

Onboarding was great as well as customer service which we contacted on different occasions and always got back to us in a timely manner with a helpful response.

I like that it is integrated with our systems - it does work smoothly and the analytics are helpful for reviewing open, close, bounce, etc rates.

It helps with setup, delivery, logging and tracking and it does all of it beautifully well.

We used sparkpost for more than two years. It seems that several months ago they added some automated abuse detection which flagged our account.

The ease of use  is best part of this software.

They can suspend your account without previous notification or warning, clear information about suspension is not offer until you take a ticket and ask them.

Is the best and most use app to designs for me but only on my phone.

We do tend to go to spam a lot and when looking at Sparkpost, the lingo is very confusing unless you have someone who understands code.

I do like that the product ties into our CRM and that we can build our emails and style them through our CRM. It's nice having everything in one spot.

Pretty easy to set up, but had to use subdomain name for outgoing mail, not a fan.

The account might be suspended even you have followed their own recommendations. And if that was not enough you can't cancel your account while this is suspended.

SparkPost is easy to integrate and easy to use, and used to offer great customer service before this year.

This service absolutely terrible and you definitely do not want this as a critical part in your architecture.

It was great until it went to complete garbage.

Got flagged due to spam for having a link for acuity scheduling in a follow up sequence without even sending more than 4 test emails to myself.

Worst customer service that will lie to your face.

We use SparkPost on many bigger projects and I would recommend it for projects where mass emailing is a priority.

API delivery is super simple and offers SMTP server-based injection. Easy to set up DKIM and SPF.

I can only warn anybody who relies on their mail being sent to use sparkpost.

I love that they offer so much to you beyond the emails. They contact you with webinars, and offer help in any capacity.

SparkPost is a great email delivery platform with an easy-to-navigate web UI and straightforward setup. Support is quick to respond (within 24 hours) and always willing to help.

Easy to use and implement, the tool works good.

The product is getting worse while the prices are going up. And if they lied about past agreements, they're likely to do it again.

Accounts get suspended without warning or notifications.
