It is a bit time consuming to cancel single nights from a voucher valid for a few night. At the moment we have to cancel the whole voucher and re-book the nights.

It is a totally transparent product with an amazing support, really helpful which looks after us , that's the point.

I found Hero easy to come to grips with- it's pretty intuitive, and with the training videos you pick up the software pretty quick. Have yet to integrate it with my site though.

Love the system and clear lines, super easy to use and thousands of suppliers to choose from.

Overall, there are very few things we dislike/like the least about the software. Our biggest problem was the delay of the markup to gross feature.

I have been frustrated with Tourwriter from the moment I transferred the initial payment.

The problem stems from an itinerary template we signed up for as one of their standard available simply did not work.

We dont use the accounting function, but everything else works brilliantly and customer service is excellent.

The product knowledge of the implementation team is terrible. It has taken us over 12 months to try and get the implementation complete and we were always timely in getting our tasks completed.
