Easy for everyone if a standard system suits you
All employees in our corporation are super happy with the expense solution as everyone save a lot of time compared to how we handled expenses previously - however, the time function could be improved significantly to match the benefits from the expense solution. We decided to purchase consultant hours for support rather than using the free customer support as we did not find customer support satisfactory - the consultant we are engaging with is exceptional though!
PROSIn one word - Easy! Acubiz is very user-friendly and easy to use for the users, both in the app solution and online platform. This means that questions from users are very limited and internal training to new-joiners are fast.
CONSThe system is very standardized, which means you cannot really have adjustments made for your corporation only - which is both good and bad as this ensure less maintenance, but it is not that flexible.
Reason for choosing Acubiz
Quick setup and easy for the end user - a bit cheaper compared to other alternative suppliers.

Fantastic to use Acubiz, we´ve now got time for other things
Handling credit card transactions and now we are seriously considering the solution with creditor invoices
PROSEasy to use and great backup in startup and still a nice backup and very good webinar from time to time to learn more about the news in the system
CONSWe haven´t found out yet, it is easy to use

Great T&E supplier
Happy with the solution.

CONSCould be great if it could support more with setting up accounts tax wise according to local legislation.

Allstar Acubiz
The service from the very beginning was high and positive. It has been a pleasure to work with the Acubiz team, and after the go-live everything just works as it has to.
PROSThe interface and user satisfaction is very high. The app is very easy to use, and makes it easy for all employees.
CONSThe setup of the app could have been more flexible.

The app was much better - good looking and easy to use, easy to plug and play to our existing finance system, and their sales person was honest.

We have used Acubiz for many years
It works really well with a lot of company cards and travel agents that invoice through Diners. We enjoy that Acubiz can be customized to fit our needs.
PROSI like that Acubiz keeps improving, even if some or many of the new features are not important to us. I like that we can access statistics and that the search option is good and can find even very old invoices. It is a minor set back that it does not support any kind of special signs like the parenthesis in the search field.
CONSThat we have to maintain the features that are custom made for us ourselves. Or rather that we have the trouble of things not working properly with new updates and then to write to support to have it fixed. But Acubiz do usually fix our issues.

Nice and intuitive system
Acubiz is a nice and intuitive system when you get to know it.
PROSThe Acubiz One app for all the users/employees are a big advantage since it is quicker and easier for users to claim their travel expenses. We use Acubiz EMS to approve the travel expenses in accounting and it gives us a nice overview of all the expense claims.
CONSWhen you want to open attachments and pictures in Acubiz EMS they are often rotated and you need to download the picture if you want to zoom. If you open a PDF file in the quick view the scroll up and down functions are sometime a little unhandy. You have to scroll down to the bottom of the new window and scroll down in the PDF file afterwards. Would have been nice if you were able to see a complete PDF like you can open a complete picture and zoom directly.

Great software for expense management
Today we use Acubiz for all expense management related to employes in Acubic - works very smooth and easy. All postings in AX happens on a daily basis when the expense has been approved in Acubiz.
PROSEasy to use for employes, just download the app and you are soon ready to go. Easy to use for finance, good overview and control of the expenses. Works perfect with interation to our company credit cards. Good integrations - the support team are very helpful in order to make integrations. We have integration to AX2012 and the salary system Intect.
CONSAt the moment you can't config much on your own, so need support to be a part of this. (but they are very helpful)

Acubiz is the best
-
PROSThere is a lot of great featers, it's easy for all of us to use. If we have any problems it's very easy to contact the support and get some help.
CONSAt this time we have no missing feateres, but when you come up with some new stuff, we are always saying, how can we live without this :-)

PROSI think it is very easy to handle, and you can create all from the phone today. employee you can get the solution, as you want, so it match your company. Finance
CONSi have work with the system many years now. But i think there is missing a hourglass when you use the Search modul. So it is easy to see that the system is thinking.

All in all, a good help in the daily operation

Acubiz review
submitting travel claims in different currencies - very easy. keeping track on employees expenses. employees can easily themselves see what they have submitted

We use Acubiz to handle our travel expenses, and it saves us for at lot of paper work.
PROSI think that Acubiz is easy to use and our employees are very satisfied about the software.
CONSI don't know, I think it works great and if we have any problems, we can contact Acubiz support and they are always very helpful.

Great and easy solution for processing of expenses
It's easy to manage users and process expense reports in the system.
CONSWe have some special requirements from our internal auditors that sometimes are difficult to work with in the system. Some personal customization has been done to comply with these requirements, but it could be better.

I would recommend it
PROSI like the automation: all transactions are linked to the bank, each credit card user is responsible for his own reconciliation, tranactions can't be lost, transactions are interfaced to accounting system (AX), accounts and cost centres are assigned (either as user selection or can be pre-defined). Also the scanning and recognition has improved during the years
CONSI don't travel these days and don't use it much

Acubiz has provided DBU with a very simplified way of settling driving and expenses for 2,500 employees, players and volunteers. Expenses are now settled faster and with greater certainty for both employee and company.

Acubiz is good
My overall experience is very positive. The support acts fast when I contact them. It's easy to use for all parts.
PROSIt's easy to use and very straight forward - as a user as well as an admin.
CONSThat you can't look at the attachment without entering the specific line, and that you can't change VAT on the front page.
