This can be a pain and time consuming when working out the different ROE's etc when payments are made. I still don't think we use this system to it's full capacity.

Statistics are not exacts as some items are duplicates and the margen of error is too big. There are some documents that have to be done from zero, without having the option to updte it.

Being connected by API to cruise companies allows a faster and smoother sales process. It also saves customer information, quotes, and reservations that allow you to do business management.

I think the design, integration and single backend system is fantastic.

As for integration is good that we know that all the bookings made via API/XML can be found on one  place.

The tool helps us to answer quickly and in less time.

The software can we confusing at times, especially if there is a lot of cruise fares. There is not a lot of customization available.

Today we are unable to modify a booking made online. Some reports do not save all database fields.

However when things go wrong this is where they fall down, taking an age to fix things, with some staff members not knowing how the their own systems work.

Product is fairly straight forward and easy to manage/use. I like the live API links with some of the cruise lines that we deal with.

Good product but day to day things dissapoint us.

Excellent financial controls that we can manage commissions per branch and the supplier configuration.

This product allows live data to be feed through the system and booked. It is easy to use and visibly easy to interpret from the sales and backoffice.

It's very easy work with the plataform, and the costummer support is fantastic.

Live availability and pricing, easy to set up mark up and discounts, create your own web pages and packages etc.

It was a long way to learn but finally a good experience and happy with the product. Today, we look forward to improvements.

Firstly, the platform is very user friendly. It allows team members to organise and control their own trips within a Travel Policy set by us which is really handy.

What I value most about Travelperk is undoubtedly its great  and friendly customer support.

Easy to use and is integrated seamless to the business systems.

Poor customer support, they are just a reseller, not bearing any responsibility for possible issues.

It is easy and quick to use both the app and the website, and if you encounter any difficulties, the charming TravelPerk team rush to your aid. Lovely to find such good service and tech in one place.

I've booked several flights priorly so I'm not talking from just a bad experience.).

The answer from the customer support were in general very rapid. Further more the software it is very easy to use because it is very similar to other known software ( like Skyscanner).

Yet a pro (that has a Con side): all prices are the lowest available. This is great as I am totally relaxed about finding the best available rates for every request.

So easy to use, save time and money with the best travel prices, features, and support. They also do webinars and recommendations for all the companies.

My experience is really good. I've never had issues with any reservation despite of travelling very often.

It is very practical for getting information about flights and bookings. It can be more popular if it increases its features and a good quality of customer services that ir provides.

I appreciate a lot the rapid customer support: there were different situations in which the customer support help me to change the hotel accomodation because I had a  set back.

What I like the most is the customer service. Super fast and efficient, i've only had good experiences when I needed to request support.

UI is beautiful you can tell how much work has been put into their web interface and the simplicity of booking trips is stunning.

Furthermore, it's simple to use when organising big group trips too. But I would like to focus on how helpful the TP team are; fast response time, great support feedback and also give great advice.

I thought the ease of access was the best part of the software.

Currently there's no way to find if a specific hotel is included in the search results other than scrolling through the entire list.

What I like most about this software is its convenience. The software is very practical and user-friendly and thus does not require high-tech skills to navigate it, which I find as an important plus.

Their offices are filled with very enthusiastic staff who are clearly happy to work in such a fab environment.

The only problem that I found was about hotel research.
