Because to the prompt response from claimants and approvers, we have been able to reduce our overall response time, and reimbursements are now being issued more quickly. The program represents a significant advance over our previous manual system. Brilliant, I love it. It saves me time, organises my expenses and works out everything for me. It also keeps my wallet from being clogged up with loads of receipts. I can just take a photo there and then, upload it to my claim and then throw away the receipt. Makes my admin much easier and saves time. My mileage is done automatically as well. In a previous company, I had to put the milage in for each journey, whereas this app I just put the postcodes in and it does it for me. Works out how much I'm claiming back on my EV mileage too. #### Cons It often sends me emails and notifications reminding me I have an open claim, which is a little annoying! I know I do! The claim is open on the first day of the month as "July25" and I add expenses to the claim as I go. It is submitted on the last day of the month, when I have no further expenses to add.
