There's no need for browser extensions (that confuse your clients). It has superb two way integration with a whole suite of tools (which most other tools don't have).

A great tool that makes our website projects more efficient and improves collaboration with client.

Therefore, we have no negative opinions. Only the fact that the branding of the box is only possible in the most expensive tariff, we do not like so well.

For a while, I struggled with buggy tools. When I found Feedbucket, I was immediately impressed with the ease of use and reliability of the third-party integrations.

Easy to install, did all what we wanted for the UX test/approval to the custmer.

Hotjar has an amazing feature which allows to record user behavior. It is extremely useful to understand how users are interacting with your product.

The biggest downside is that I am unable to use the heatmap functionality for the email signup popup that is located on the site.

It is very easy to integrate using google manager or directly paste the code. One of the best thing in HotJar is Heatmaps it shows me which part of my website are working well.

HotJar is great for anyone who has a website and offers a paid monthly service and wants to improve the user experience. It's also cheaper than some other services we've used.

Sometimes, when trying to hide the private information of a customer, it went overboard and aggressively hid a lot of information which was part of the app itself and not the customer's data.

Love how easy Hotjar is to use, the features allow you to really gain an insight into what webpages are working and what aren't - allowing you to boost user experience and conversions.

It's tough to think of a disadvantage to HotJar or a problem I have with the software. It tracks critical data.

Maybe as I go alone this whole become more evident as to why the price is what it is but for now, it seems unnecessarily steep.
