The product was easy to use and was priced very competitively through the Canadian Bnb association. It worked seamlessly with my own website.

However the reservation system is very good and provides a booking facility from my own website at an affordable price.

Moon Dance is very pleased with the overall functionality and ease of use. We are also impressed that there seems to be a proven commitment to upgrades, added features and a new mobile app.

It was a little difficult to navigate initially.

Overall, once the transition was done, it has been a pleasure to work with the Eviivo suite. I have found great assistance from the support team members that I have worked with to fix issues.

I am now very satisfied with it and enjoy using it. Whenever I am stumped on how to do something, there is always someone on the help desk that sets me straight.

Advisors always contact you again to ensure you are happy which we appreciate.

It was a very difficult start. Training was non-existing other than some videos old and outdated with horrible audio.

We love how easy Eviivo is to use and the many upgrades over the years. If I had to pick one thing I like the most besides the team, it is the depndable and easy to use calendar.

Overall, we have enjoyed using Eviivo and have shunned many similar companies looking to entice us away. What Eviivo offers is at least equal to other providers and often more at a similar price.

General pretty good and the help with the webinars through lockdown have been great the ones we have managed to join.

I complained but NO ONE ever replied to my emails. They pretend listening to you, when you phone their.

Sometimes we have issues with the integration to our merchant account, when we enter the same info into Eviivo it fails, but when we enter it into the merchant account directly it works.

Generally easy to use, can be a bit cumbersome trying to fine tune things but good customer support.

Some times it becomes this software makes it difficult to change the price of a room when you book it.

Then, wrong rates were posted for a period, and until a correction could be made, we lost another $450.

Amazing booking engine with larger pictures. Great interface with all the major platforms.

So much so that we are no longer with Expedia. Expedia repeatedly blamed eviivo and eviivo blamed Expedia.

The booking system was so useful for every aspect of running and promoting our business. It was easy to use and any updates were smoothly integrated.

What i like most is the outstanding customer service and the chat help where nothing is too much trouble. The automated emails are ace too.

The team works together to resolve our issues. Their accessibility helps resolve issues quickly.

It is wonderful to only deal with one provider in order to have a presence on every website that matters in the hospitality business.

Our properties are actively losing revenue every day this continues.

Used to be difficult to remove OTA reservations that changed or cancelled, they have since made it easier to contact them for removal.

Now I feel very comfortable with the program. There are many reports and areas that I am still not familiar with, but overall I am pleased with Eviivo.

The system appeared to be very much like Rezovation, which we found to be an excellent system.

Quickbooks online  integration for payment processing and accounting. They are also very open and welcomed my feedback and enhancement requests/suggestions.

Over all we are pleased with Eviivo. The more we play around with settings and features, the more we have been able to refine things to our needs.

At first I had to use the chat option which I found very difficult. The directions for set up were hard for me to understand.

Horrible accounts department overcharging at termination.

The problem is chat support does not have the authority to fix anything.

RueBaRue has done an outstanding job at simplifying so many different tasks that have taken up so much of my time.

My experience has been that if there is anything I come across that I don't understand or have difficulty with, RueBarue is so quick to respond and offer assistance.

One business problem this software helps solve is lost information sheets in property. It also allows guests to review instructions prior to arrival and to ask questions ahead of time.

The links provided to guests to view close by restaurants and attractions directly from Google are amazing.

I haven't found anything I don't like about it yet.

The email scheduler is a little rudimentary, only allowing for text and no design or photos.

The customization allowing personalized guest books specific to each property for each gives us the ability to provide hyper specific information at scale and on an automated basis.

Guest communication is our favorite feature. Easy to use and very simple integration to the system we already use.

RueBaRue has opened the door for us when communicating with guests. It is an easy to use product.

Previously, there wasn't a way to determine if a property guide had been sent to a particular guest, but Nars has solved this problem.

We've created amazing automated messages that have streamlined our business to the point that we save hours and hours a week, allowing us to run our business more efficiently.

The only negative was my fault for not getting my information in to populate the guides and information. Once I finished on my end we were up and running in no time.

Easily integrated with OwnerRez, all guest information loads seamlessly between the platforms. Extremely user friendly and the development team are open to ideas or suggestions from the field.

I like that the platform can be customized to match my company marketing, colors, logo , etc. The ability to create custom guides for each location is great and showing the distances is awesome.

The communication part is sort of confusing - when more than one of us are getting the texts we can't always tell the other person answered them already.

Guest communication has significantly improved.

I love the look of the product and what information I can supply my guests with. It's easier to use and set up was very easy.
