The recordings changed the orientation of my slide images making all the notes I took on them useless and confusing.

I have tried using all the different types of platforms (e.g. Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams), nothing compares to the ease of use with BigBlueButton.

Bigbluebutton is powerful and robust server application which have all sort of features required for online teaching, meeting and collaboration.

The step by step guide is yet easy to deploy this application. The presenter, viewer part, integration of audio bridge, screen sharing, file presentation, polls etc are nice features.

I think one of the best features of BigBlueButton was the screen share feature. Teachers could bring documents up seamlessly while talking about a subject.

Bigbluebutton is easy to use when speaking with a class - easy to use the chat feature on the left and you can even record the sessions.

The best open source software for video conferencing. It contain all features having in paid software.

The design is a bit outdated, and looks a slightly boring.

The recording started to fail and some times the conferences got wrong. We needed to imprive the insfrastructur and even that we still having some issues randomly.

It is horrible and barely lets me enter  the meeting and so does it with my other classmates.

Overall bbb is good software to manage video conference if develop process continue  as it is maybe in 3 years we will have golden product.

This software surpriced me when i found, the implementation with Moodle it's very intelligent for make more power full the platform.

This software is integrated with Canvas LMS by Instructure, making it easy for schools already using the Canvas LMS to adopt.

I have a problem of being limited to one discussion room but when I kicked off with BigBlueButton, I realized I can host as many discussion rooms as possible at the same time.

Recording is really flaky. It needs external solution (jibri) and it's failing quite often.

Overall this is  good application and user friendly, easy to use.

This tool is an excellent option for making audio and video calls. Just create a room and post the link for anyone to join the meeting.

There's almost always a warning that my microphone is too loud. It's possible to clear it, but it doesn't explain how to lower the microphone level, but it's only a minor distraction.

It seemed to be the least costly option for online learning, which is good. Video and chat are nice options too.

The only negative point is that the messaging area (chat) has few resources. There is no option to share files.

My overall experience has been quite satisfying and good and I always found this app upto mark in the area of virtual meeting world.

I like, that Jitsi is open-source and under constant development. The interface has been renewed some time ago and it now looks good on desktop Pcs as well as on mobile devices.

The fact that you can start videochat without an account is very nice for communicating with different clients.

I have not come up against any weaknesses yet. The one thing I can remember, once I've noted an audio delay during the meeting.

Jitsi is a great open source platform for video conferencing. It has been a helpful tool for connecting with clients or team members.

The ability to quickly create a meeting room, wich a customized name and an easily accessible URL makes it perfect for everyday use.

It is very easy to use and the call quality is great.

Some problems with Firefox when presenter, but works with Chrome.

The free option was not good for me, as we cannot stop and start our meeting. Zoom would not offer discounted pricing for individual very light usage.

Jitsi is quite easy to use, has a friendly user interface and other cool features that it comes with without having to install a download a bunch of plugins.

Stability and bandwidth issues, even on a self hosted server, seems to cause some issues with heavy usage unfortunately.

Sometimes it uses a lot of memory eventually phone gets heat up. Lagging occurs and it disconnects a lot in that case.

Recording meeting needs a separate piece of software (jibri) and it's quite flaky (it randomly produces broken files). Not clear server hardware requirements.

Its open, easy to integrate and use for another proportionals. Keep the connection stable and easy to manage the meetings and create new rooms.

It falls from time to time and you cannot depend exclusively on it if it's a super-important meeting, but for big gatherings in some situations it's perfect: completely free, reliable and easy to use.

Jitsi Meet integrates well with different calendar service providers  such as google calendar and so can be used to plan meetings just like any other video conferencing software.

It is a very good application, user friendly, easy to use, and practical for family meeting and business meetings.

The DropBox integration allows users to record their meetings and share the recordings easily with others.

This is a great tool when chosing from other options, and specially because time is important for me and my clients.

In general, Jitsi is a great option to have virtual meetings or webinars and avoiding having to install or having to do all the hassle from most of the rest of the tools which do the same.

Sometime you loose connection or cannot hear someone that neet to reload the browser.

Audio and video  quality is awesome. It is suitable for online conferences,classes in the case of lockdown due to corona outbreak , which helps for classes to be continued.

The best part is feeling secure because the titles of the rooms can be randomized words and it just feels like only people that need to be involved would ever think of.

Jitsi is an easy to use, free and good working software for video conferences, that offers a good amount of features and is constantly developed.
