I enjoy the set up for BB Collab, that it is integrated into Blackboard, that is has features like the white board and file sharing. I also appreciate that it logs late students and attendance.

A feature that I absolutely love about this software is the breakout rooms for group projects. I love that professors can break us into groups and it is not difficult to see in Blackboard.

These people are the worst. And this is their sales department, the department that is usually the nicest to deal with.

I emailed, went to facebook and used the chatbot to try and cancel and no one executed my cancelation and was charged for the service.

I personally use it most for voicemail and faxing. It is useful that you can get the voicemail recordings to your email in case you are not nearby phone and also have a great app.
