Being in software development, this lack of connection causes difficulties.

I personally did not find any cons while using CoScreen for 6 months if I found any by mistake then the dev team deploys updates and they are vanished.

The UX is super intuitive. CoScreen adds immediate value to any meeting as team members can support each other by taking over control and collaborate on the same artifacts synchronously.

I usually hate feature bloat and maybee I should not ask for more and more features as I'm part of the problem otherwise. I have to install software.

The ability to share multiple screens and move them around so they fit your desktop PLUS being able to jump into your collaborators tabs feels like magic.

I enjoyed working with it, we use it on weekly basis and it's been very helpful.

I also like the lower emphasis on face-to-face video, it allows a more focused collaboration on the work, rather than the fact that it is on a call.

Overall, it's a great collaboration tool. I love that it is super simple to get up and going, so anyone on the team can easily get a second set of eyes on their code.

I've been able to troubleshoot programs much more quickly with CoScreen.

It's been a pleasure from day one, hope more people start to adopt it so I can use it in more places.

I don't have to worry about notifications or other sensitive information I didn't intend to share  showing up. And that's super important as an HR person.

Lots of edge cases that are still rough/unsupported. Notably, full screen support on mac is incomplete and can be frustrating to deal with.

The only problem I ever had with this product is running out of licenses. This product is instrumental in providing web based conferencing functionality and in making our teams more productive.

It is reliable, reasonable, loaded with elements, and easy to introduce and keep up with.

I have also had to reboot the appliance a few times, due to no response on the network. But no more often than once every 2 to 3 months.

I love how easy it is to use this product. It has never failed me in activation a meeting with our software vendor.

Too much information in calendar. It gets confusing for the team with too many options.

I like that TurboMeeting can be used for both meetings and remote access sessions so that our IT personnel can help us with any technical issues.

For It shops and small and medium businesses this product is perfect. Pay once and annual support and it is very budget friendly.

Great  flexible , affordable, and easy to use product.

The trade-off was that we were constrained by the capabilities of our own network. We've had issues with videos being shown and how they buffer via a private connection to remote locations.

I don't think this is necessarily a problem specific to TurboMeeting though. The user on the other end is generally the real problem.

My biggest use of Turbo Meeting is using it to allow our software vendor to share screens with me and being able to allow them to troubleshoot when neccessary.

To have the ability to hold a meeting from one location and invite attendees from any location.

The yearly cost of this technology is minimal compared to the excellent reliability, usability and support.

Quick to bring in and setup. It has been reliable now for almost 6 years and allows IT the flexibility to help support users and users to feel empowered to host their own meetings.

TurboMeeting is very easy to use for  our in-house support staff, our external contractors, and our customers.

The support staff is knowledgeable and very helpful.

The product works very well and it's platform agnostic abilities allow anyone to use it effectively and efficiently.

Allows me to see the screen on an Android phone. If there is a question or issue, (almost never) the support staff is great.

On-site hub worked perfect as a host. Minimal connection issues and great app support.

Ease of set-up and user friendly. The customer support available is phenomenal - immediate help when needed, no need to answer a bunch of prompts as you actually get to speak to someone.

Sometimes we face problems with voice quality during sessions, especially long distance customers. Also, we are facing problem from Mac system.
