Pros
- The UX is super intuitive. CoScreen adds immediate value to any meeting as team members can support each other by taking over control and collaborate on the same artifacts synchronously.
- The ability to share multiple screens and move them around so they fit your desktop PLUS being able to jump into your collaborators tabs feels like magic.
Cons
- I personally did not find any cons while using CoScreen for 6 months if I found any by mistake then the dev team deploys updates and they are vanished.
- I usually hate feature bloat and maybee I should not ask for more and more features as I'm part of the problem otherwise. I have to install software.
Pros
- I like the Instant Meeting function the most. It is so easy to invite a colleague to join a meeting quickly, which really improves the efficiency.
- I was very happy with the customer service we received as we were deciding to upgrade our account, and I love that I can use it on my phone but also as an app on my computer.
Cons
- This could be very frustrating as some attendees are disruptive whether that is on purpose or not. This makes it very hard for some people to learn and to teach etc.
- I think we were so overwhelmed by the zoom at this bad time that there is nothing to worry about.
