Zoho ShowTime has comprehensive dfeatures that cover our needs for training over video conferencing.

There is no drag and drop uploader for course materials, which is inconvenient.

Zoho's customer support when I have contacted them has been nothing but fabulous. They are great and know how to explain the product to you over email support without any misunderstanding.

No option Pay as you go. For the lecturer it is inconvenient to see the chat.

A disadvantage to Zoho is that the basic features are limited. I have to sign up for a premium account to unlock the other features.

Most of the features and facilities of the software are only possible to use after a paid subscription. Sometimes the software has problems to connect the internet.

It’s a fairly new platform so the feature set is not fully developed. Also for German companies the payment processors are limited.

I use GoCardless & Paypal for billing so I would like those to be integrated with Zoho in the manner that Stripe is. This software was so easy to understand.

My overall experience with Zoho Showtime is great, I think they did a really good job.

Yes it is easy as we can integrate with other zoho apps.

In this information age, this tool is a good communication option. Organize your meetings and / or present new projects, it is excellent for conferences.

The quiz function is limited. We cannot add photos or videos as part of the quiz as questions or answers.

The program is like most of Zoho other products which are pretty straightforward and easy to use out the box.

Very easy to use, good looking, and intuitive, with the possibility of making a later analysis of the sessions.

The platform was very easy to learn how to navigate, and the customer service has been great. To date we've hosted 4 webinars, all of which ran smoothly.

Its mobile app is difficult to use for us and it does not deliver the entire functionality of Webinato.

We can set the room how we want - our brand, our own pages when we close the room,  our own welcome messages - and the process to set it up is very intuitive and easy to follow.

Webinato is sophisticated software that really helped us automate our webinars. It allows us to host interactive and fascinating webinars while spending less time conducting them.

I particularly admire its customer support team, which is there to answer any questions 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

I like that we can even schedule a webinar to run by itself. The reporting is pretty good too and has the info we need although having some more aggregate reporting would be nice.

Although it is simple for me to use, it is really difficult for me to educate them on how to use it.

I hope the mobile app performs better. We find the mobile app to be difficult to use and believe that it should be updated for our convenience.

Features must be added to allow us to generate reports based on a number of different events. I've used a few webinar platforms and can confidently say that Webinato is the ideal one for anyone.
