I work at a very technical level so things like an API and a non-Flash version count for me. NetX has excellent technical vision and implementation.

Attractive and easy interface for importers, consumers, and administrators; very responsive customer support; the NetX team is always eager to improve the product and stay on top of trends.

NetX is extremely powerful and extendable (integrating with other systems). The attribute (metadata) system is intuitive and easy to maintain.

What I like best about this product is the general population at NetX that create and bolster it.

Regarding customer support, Wondershare UniConverter has a very helpful FAQ page and email support, though it could be improved.

No option for audio pass through, so it’s impossible to preserve atmos tracks.

Then I paid $9.95 for a one month license and when I went to convert the file it said it would only convert 33% of the file and then took me to another offer to pay $49.95.

And you like speed, this is the best video conversion tool there is. You don’t have to pay tons of money for Sony Vegas or similar software for some basic video editing and video converting.

I actually used the software for several months before realizing all of the potential there. From making quick screen recordings to a quick and easy image converter, it's been super useful.

YouTube downloader, conversions to 4K and more,  DVD Maker, definitely worth the money.

On occasion Uniconverter would “hesitate” during processing and seem to be hung. However, I learned to leave it alone and let it figure out whatever it needed to.

Don’t download unless you are willing to endure disappointment after disappointment and the loss of 50 usd.

The trimming portion can be a little tedious at times and will be difficult to trim at a specific point regardless of zooming in on the file to make those trims in a fraction of a sec.

Uniconverter I am a huge fan of your software now. I am not very technology savvy and this software had detailed tutorials that explained how to convert files to the desired format.

As I was using different applications on my work to finish it off, one of my friends recommended me Uniconverter which gave me a great experience and I loved it.

The only negative about this program was that certain apple Iphone videos/pictures were not convertable using this program.

I like how easy it is to use, the interface is relatively simple, and you can go from downloading to basically using in a matter of minutes.

I have started using this software back in MARCH 2018 and i am happy that i opted this software. I can say that this software is best for downloading, converting videos and burning cds.

The user interface can also be confusing and less intuitive than other video editing software.
