Regarding customer support, Wondershare UniConverter has a very helpful FAQ page and email support, though it could be improved.

No option for audio pass through, so it’s impossible to preserve atmos tracks.

Then I paid $9.95 for a one month license and when I went to convert the file it said it would only convert 33% of the file and then took me to another offer to pay $49.95.

And you like speed, this is the best video conversion tool there is. You don’t have to pay tons of money for Sony Vegas or similar software for some basic video editing and video converting.

I actually used the software for several months before realizing all of the potential there. From making quick screen recordings to a quick and easy image converter, it's been super useful.

On occasion Uniconverter would “hesitate” during processing and seem to be hung. However, I learned to leave it alone and let it figure out whatever it needed to.

The trimming portion can be a little tedious at times and will be difficult to trim at a specific point regardless of zooming in on the file to make those trims in a fraction of a sec.

Uniconverter I am a huge fan of your software now. I am not very technology savvy and this software had detailed tutorials that explained how to convert files to the desired format.

The only negative about this program was that certain apple Iphone videos/pictures were not convertable using this program.

It was able to support top of the line video cameras and when combined with a high speed internet connection, it delivered flawlessly.

I dont like when i switched from camera to camera, in the middle the recording gets totally black.

We also love how we can customize the look and feel of our clients screens with overlays and lower thirds.

The lags occur, of course, when we don't have strong signals for connectivity, but I imagine that happens with most any online service.

The higher rate you tried to stream at the more cpu it has to use and would often crash. Uploading videos after for people to watch proved very difficult and you are limited to 3GB.

The delay between speaker shots and when the video is actually streamed always causes a bit of pain for our clients.

The one thing I hate about LiveStream is that you can get  addicted and when that happens you find yourself watching church instead of going to church.

Vimeo Livestream offers quite a bit for the price. However, to take full advantage of the best features offered, the user should purchase a more expensive subscription.

It's pretty good quality and it's easy to use and share to friends & family. If more people were on it, I'd love to spend more time on this app.
