Ease of use  - our employees understood everything for quickly.

We started going into the office in person and being a start up, it's a limited space.

It also helps keep us safe via the wellness survey. We are so happy with the product and the service that we are looking to expand the amount of business we do with Eden.

As you can tell, I mainly have used it for these purposes but it has saved us time so far. Time is money so this is great.

Nothing that I can think of that is missing from software.

It is friendly and it helps me do my job with more ease. It saves me time and money.

The only thing that is missing right now are the features they didn't roll out yet. I can't wait to check out the desk reservation and room booking features once they launch.

My overall experience with Eden is really great because it is user-friendly and very easy to use. I think the reservation process is pretty straightforward and not at all time-consuming.

The simplicity of the platform and the design promotes efficiency for administrators and users alike.

I have loved working with their team - the most exciting thing about the tool is that they're constantly rolling out new features and keeping a very client-first approach in how they build.

My favorite tool is the Ticketing Tool — It helps streamline all of our teams’ requests in one place, and it integrates with Slack.

We also loved the capability to do health surveys, and to block users who hadn't submitted the health survey or proof of vaccine for NYC protocols.

When an issue has come up, the problem does not inhibit the function of the platform as a whole.

Amazing, would highly recommend and I do recommend this product to all my clients (many of whom oversee workplace/facilities of their offices).

It makes managing our space very easy, some great feature and eay to use.

Eden has great customer care. Their customer service reps treat you with respect and kindness at all times and are super knowledgeable about questions related to the platform or features.

I like how fast it is to reserve a desk online, good reminder system.

It's been a great tool for us to handle managing an open desk concept at multiple offices around the country. The support team is also excellent, both very knowledgable and very responsive.

The system also integrated fantastic with our cloud (Jumpcloud) and our security system (kisi) to allow seamless entry.

The product is easy to use to book seating at the office.

It makes it easier to manage our office space, it is great for a big team that has hybrid work modes (WFH and Office). It's very easy to use and accurate.

Eden is very easy to use. The ability to integrate with slack has been extremely useful.

Eden is quite easy to use. The functionality to have recurring booking is easy to understand.

Updates tend to crash the sessions so visitors walk in and are unable to use the system, updates also cause issues with the label printing so they can't be scanned due to size changes.

This awesome software does everything we wanted it to do.

Aware for example of app for evacuations, but no knowledge if this can link as add on in Outlook calendars etc.

The administration interface is confusing and poorly organized.

Very solid easy to use product, that you can have running out of the box with 30 minutes work.

Likes the ease of set up and that you can customise the information to suit as well as completing pre registration of visitors.

I would/will highly recommend WOL to any commercial personnel in need of such a product in their environment, and look forward to continued positive business relations.

The sign in token option for service providers. The help desk and customer service is fantastic.

There is no ability to set up a kiosk on an android tablet which is really annoying.

The user interface on the ipad is intuitive and aesthetically pleasing.

Our clients love WOL and its also very handy for me (as admin staff) to monitor staff in/out as well as other useful functions.

I like the time it saves at the Reception Desk, especially if the receptionist steps away for a moment and a customer comes in. Customers are genuinely impressed.

Straight forward installation, great customer support, simple but effective system.

The app basked kiosk tend to sometimes freeze and the app could crash. There are sometimes lag by the app, but guess this is dependant on the network connection.

I like that the system can be integrated with our existing card access credentials to check employees in and out. I also love the live dashboard showing who is on campus.

There is nothing that we have found to dislike about WhosOnLocation.

Whos on Location is absolutely brilliant value for money, with rapid and regular updates bringing new features. This program is fully featured for its primary purpose of visitor/contractor management.

The product has been great for helping us track and identify visitors to campus. It also serve as frictionless check in/out for our employees.

Navigating around the various functions can take some time especially if you don't use a particular module frequently. Other than that (minor) no real dislikes with the software.

Minimal maintenance, easily adaptable to provide good aesthetics etc, value for money, super customer service.

I also had to follow up to understand if we had started our contract - which we had by 10 days or so - but we were unaware and paying.

The 30 day trial definitely helps you explore what is possible in the application. They were very helpful with all of my questions during the trial period.

We are a light user so do not use all of the available features, however I am sure all the features work just as good as the ones we do use. It was also a very cost effective solution for us.

WhosOnLocation is a great company with good customer service.

A fabulous tool for tracking and recording, WhosOnLocation is simple to use and easily tracks who is working on which project from inception to completion.

Quite simply, it delivers exactly what it promises.

Independent visitor management, time saving for local admins into chasing up visitors, modern display, reduced our carbon footprint (no paper wastage from sign-in books, etc.).

Nice clean user interface which is easy for everyone to use. New features coming out every month with great business user feedback.

Excellent product and service. Extremely user friendly and support is first rate.

I've not come across anything that I dislike about WhosOnLocation.

No need for a receptionist, people notified immediately of visitors arrival, looks great, visitors are impressed by it.
