"It is very user friendly for the guest checking in and has help reduce any confusion in the office or having multiple people go to greet that person."

"Not many visitor management software supports IPA as this is the critical function we need for our company, and The Receptionist was happy to help working with our other vendor."

"We still wanted our tenants to be able to be notified when they had a client/customer, and this works perfectly for that need."

"Dont have the availability to cature phone numbers correctly, dont have the availability to send sms to only certain customers, dont have availability to log customers out without stating they had an appointment, and limit analytics."
