We LOVE WaitWell.

PROS

WaitWell is fully fleshed out and considers not only our business, but the end user. It allows us to focus our time and energy on providing excellent customer service and less on managing customers.

CONS

Not many cons but if I had to gripe, The WaitWell sign up page could use more customization features to fit our brand better.

Reasons for switching to WaitWell

NextMe doesn't offer automatically updated wait times, leading out customers to be frustrated with it saying there isn't a wait, when there is. It lacked reporting and felt VERY feature light compared to WaitWell.

User-friendly and helpful is called WaitWell

It saves clients from having to stand in line and allows them to explore.The response from customers has been excellent.Our clients all appreciate and like the feature. Overall it was great from both sides .

PROS

Waitwell is a really simple and practical form of software.The program works admirably and is very basic to use and configure.It went into the Registry with great ease. The ability to put clients on wait, rank them, and safely manage the line without crowding the office are some of the features that I appreciate the most.People do not have to wait in the cold, rain, or heat. They can wait in the privacy of their own cars . So this resulting in less stress on clerks and workers.

CONS

No complaints from my side, but it becomes something difficult for older people. This works great for me .

PROS

WaitWell is thoroughly developed and takes into account both our business and the final user. It enables us to devote more of our time and resources to delivering first-rate customer service and less to client management.

CONS

There aren't many drawbacks, however if I had to complain, the WaitWell sign-up page could be more tailored to our brand.

WaitWell... The best queue management and appointment scheduling system.

Since we started using WaitWell, we have never missed appointments as it sends reminders in real-time. It supports mobile application and everything is available online thus making wait-list management easier.

PROS

What i like best about WaitWell is how it saves much time. With it, it's very easy and simple to join and manage queues and it seamlessly integrates with Zoom making it easy and straightforward to join virtual meetings. It makes it super easy to book appointments online and it saves much time.

CONS

One of the challenges is that one requires strong and stable internet to join virtual meetings with WaitWell.

Our Showy and Recognizable Review on the best Visitor management software.

It is so easy to set up.The interface is great and so userfriendly in that it does not give us any hard time.

PROS

We can easily track the status of our waitlist. It is easy to self check in or self check out for attendance. It has been easy to manage our appointments and to attend to the customers on the waitlist with so much ease and so quickly

CONS

We have not developed any kind of dislike to the visitor management software.

Appointment scheduling on my phone or desktop and reminders on my day to day activities. Great over than queuing in places for services.

It is time saving in different aspects like not having to que in line for services. The features can be used by anyone due to the simplicity. Integration with other tools makes it more fast ,it is very reliable.

''Amazing, easy to use and user friendly platform"

My overall experience with WaitWell has been amazing and I would recommend WaitWell to every business looking for a solution for their visitor management.

PROS

What I like most about WaitWell is it's features that allow real-time reporting, that has enabled us get useful insights on our visitors information like which building is frequently visited or at what time of the day are visitors busiest. Also the user interface is very friendly.

CONS

The only thing I can complain about WaitWell is the cost and I wish that it could integrate with more of our other business software applications.

Great Product, Amazing Results

Our organization needed to transform our public facing service delivery model in a significant way during the pandemic. Waitwell was the partner that allowed us to do with a powerful yet simple platform and a team dedicated to their customers' success. The simplicity and features were an amazing value at their cost level compared to other companies.

PROS

The simplicity, cost effectiveness, support and customizability of features are all aspects that our organization liked most about the software. There are few other companies that offer as much as this does in a cost effective package this is easy to use for employee's and customers alike.

CONS

It is still a fairly new company so the software lacks some of the fit and finish or more established companies with mature solutions.

Even I can use Waitwell easily!

Waitwell has improved our customer experience,and give us data that mininimizes our need for separate CRM software. The customization abilities, incredible customer service, and user friendliness of Waitwell all make this product the best I've seen.

PROS

Waitwell is so user friendly! I have zero tech skills, and was able to create customized messaging for students/clients and configure settings to meet the changing needs of our unit. Anything I wasn't able to figure out, received very prompt attention from the Waitwell team. Their customer service is incredible!

CONS

In truth, this product work so well, I have no issues. While definitely, not a con, the only challenge I had was pacing myself. There are so many ways to integrate Waitwell, I wanted to use everything at once. Start simple add, and more features as you become familiar with the system. Trying to use everything at first slowed implementation.

Easy and Functional

PROS

Its simple to use and love the note feature that you can place to keep track of what your client may need.

CONS

Sometimes the texting feature doesn't work that great. I find people saying they texted the number and will be upset when it hasn't shown up.

The "notes" feature is very popular with staff because it's a great way to share information that helps staff ot deliver great service before the ticket is called, and in a way that is discreet and respectful of privacy. Thanks for the feebback about text delays. We rely on an SMS provider and there are occasional delays - these are normally a function of the the cell phone carriers themselves (Bell, Telus, etc) and are out of our control but we do track them and it's helpful to know when they are happening. WaitWell is doing a fantastic job for us managing the appointments very easily. Our clients can easily book, cancel & reschedule appointments anytime without issue. Integration is straightforward. It increases our productivity and saves our precious time. Customer support is fabulous and always available to help.

CONS

The tool is good for waitlist management but pricing is a little bit high for small organizations.
