Barclay VoIP Customer Care

PROS

Ease of installing and the level of customer care is excellent. Ability to administrate ourselves when we have time otherwise assistance is always there to help.

CONS

The address book could be improved, still haven't quite all got that sorted the way we would like.

Reason for choosing Barclay VoIP

The system looked like it was the best for us, installation, functions, cost plus Barclay look after our mobiles so it seemed easier to have all our comms with one company.

Reasons for switching to Barclay VoIP

Moving with the times and we also needed more lines, better technology.

Excellent product and customer service

PROS

The product is easy to use, intuitive and is extremely reliable. Whenever we have questions relating to the product, the account manager and team are very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient in answering or solving our problem. Initial setup and integration was straightforward and seamless.

CONS

Overall we are very happy with the Barclay VoIP. The only issues we have had relate to the mobile phone app which can be unreliable.

Barclay phones

Brilliant service is brilliant staff when they call out are so friendly nothing is ever a problem they explain everything. System works as it should if there is a fault [sensitive content hidden] from the customer services always sorts it or helps in anyway possible so thank you.

PROS

It is easy to use system and the customer support is brilliant the response is quick from [sensitive content hidden] and nothing is ever a problem. An engineer is always out in a number of days. I can not fault them at all. Great team.

CONS

When placing someone on hold having to hang up to get the caller back to transfer

Excellent service and product

Overall we are extremely satisfied with Barclay VoIP and would have no hesitation in recommending it.

PROS

This is a very cost effective way of making phone calls. The set up was professional and pain free. The support offered by Barclay Digital Services is excellent although we have not really had to bother them often as it is a very hassle free system.

CONS

I have no problem with the system at all.

Charitable usage

Barclays VoIP allow us to complete all of the daily tasks that we require with good products and even better support. Staff are helpful and always ready to assist, in whatever way we need.

VoIP Review

Sales team was very helpful, then upgrade team fantastic also. Customer service has been exceptional in sorting anything we have needed.

PROS

Great upgrade from previous product. Barclays very helpful with the transition/upgrade. No issues in almost one year which is good.

CONS

The only thing is the fact that when a contact saved to the handset itself rings me the name does not appear on the phone so i know who it is. I have queried this and it's being looked at.

We get excellent support from Barclays, our Account Manager & Customer Service team are very pro active and their response time to any queries we may have are excellent.

PROS

Barclays prices are very competitive, Increased accessibility, flexibility with softphones & clearer voice quality.

CONS

Some of the issues that may occur are due to Internet Connection at times.

Glad we made the switch to Barclay

We switched to Barclay from BT as BT was difficult to get through to the correct person in the correct department also the costs were becoming unreasonable and BT simply could not care less one way or the other

PROS

The transition from BT to Barclay was seamless and everything happened exactly as [sensitive content hidden] said it would no disruption or downtime and the system is capable of much more than we use it for currently and the savings made each month is substantial and the staff in Barclay are very helpful and knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble

CONS

We genuinely have nothing negative to say about Barclay everything has went to plan - yes a few initial teething issues but was very quickly resolved and it was more from our end not Barclay.
