Barclay VoIP Customer Care
Ease of installing and the level of customer care is excellent. Ability to administrate ourselves when we have time otherwise assistance is always there to help.
CONSThe address book could be improved, still haven't quite all got that sorted the way we would like.
Reason for choosing Barclay VoIP
The system looked like it was the best for us, installation, functions, cost plus Barclay look after our mobiles so it seemed easier to have all our comms with one company.

Excellent product and customer service
The product is easy to use, intuitive and is extremely reliable. Whenever we have questions relating to the product, the account manager and team are very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient in answering or solving our problem. Initial setup and integration was straightforward and seamless.
CONSOverall we are very happy with the Barclay VoIP. The only issues we have had relate to the mobile phone app which can be unreliable.

Brilliant service is brilliant staff when they call out are so friendly nothing is ever a problem they explain everything. System works as it should if there is a fault [sensitive content hidden] from the customer services always sorts it or helps in anyway possible so thank you.
PROSIt is easy to use system and the customer support is brilliant the response is quick from [sensitive content hidden] and nothing is ever a problem. An engineer is always out in a number of days. I can not fault them at all. Great team.

Excellent service and product
Overall we are extremely satisfied with Barclay VoIP and would have no hesitation in recommending it.
PROSThis is a very cost effective way of making phone calls. The set up was professional and pain free. The support offered by Barclay Digital Services is excellent although we have not really had to bother them often as it is a very hassle free system.
CONSI have no problem with the system at all.
