EasyCall Rating
It is software with ease to make and receive calls. The configuration for using Voip helps to make calls faster. There is a feature for transferring calls between extensions and another called "Pendulum", which alternates between calls. For not receive calls, exist a resource for pauses. It possible control the time of work with use the logins accounts.
CONSWhen you sign in, it automatically pauses, which can make the user forget and remain paused. In addition, there is no warning that the pause has ended, which may cause inconvenience.

Freedom for your business
The most important feature of the software is the complete cloud implementation of all the functionalities, starting from CRM administration and configuration to the operator seat. This let you assemble a working team in a very smart way no matter if they work in office, in a cowering or from home. The web user interface is very easy to use for everyone. The social integration, the predictive and geo dialing let you set up very smart customer interaction workflow.
CONSThe missing feature is the mobile version of the software (but i think the first release is planned in the very near future).

Connection management tool
The tool has a large and functional database. It is possible to manage calls by year, month, day and hours. The number of incoming calls, among other management activities.
CONSIt has many implementation issues and features. Because it is a java file, it is known to have a hardware failure

Affidabile e semplice
Il software è molto semplice da utilizzare. Puntuale nella reportistica. COnsigliato sia per teleselling che per telemarketing
CONSLa configurazione iniziale non è immediata ma con l'aiuto del supporto tecnico siamo riusciti a configurare tutto in brevissimo tempo.

Easycall Cloud Evaluation
I use easycall for calls, conferences, and servicedesk control, where I can check employee breaks, redirect calls, among other options, easy to use software and good interface.
CONSI think it should be improved, the reporting part was the only negative point I found.

Il setup up iniziale non è complesso ma richiede un pò di attenzione. Superata la fase di setup è tutto molto intuitivo.
PROSIl software presenta molte funzionalità ed un elevato grado di personalizzazione. L'interfaccia Operatore è lineare e facile da utilizzare.
CONSLa reportistica è ampia e dettagliata ma potrebbe essere migliorato l'accesso da mobile.

Easycall ricopriva i requisiti raccolti, inoltre essendo in cloud è possibile modulare il costo in funzione del carico di lavoro ed eliminare costi fissi di infrastruttura.

Excelente software EasyCall
I use the tool at work day by day, facilitating contact and support with the customer for call resolution.
PROSI liked the ease of use, switching calls, conferences, call transfers, time recording, etc.
CONSI've had problems with java, but rarely.

Easy to Use Contact center solution
Simple Web based contact centre solution with in built reporting and Data management tools which allow easy access to key functionality. Only downside is functionality often lacks some customisation options and service desk response can be slow in response and resolution of issues
