At first I was a little skeptical as I had not worked with many other hosted companies, however in a very short time my uneasiness went away.

This company is very easy to work with. Response times are almost immediate and they are great at follow up.

While technicians are always pleasant to deal with and willing to help, I find that it usually takes many calls in to get issues or changes or additional lines set up.

It cost us a lot of time to implement this software. There are still things that aren't working well right now.

It's easy to use and very intuitive. The call reception and software is a wonderful tool that helps our team complete daily tasks.

I have heard that the supervisor view uses a lot of RAM, and therefore is prone to freezing up or not working as it should; however, I have not experienced this personally.

We think ultimately the company and product didn't head in the direction we were lead to expect and deadlines were frequently overstated and missed.

I'm sure it would work great for some users and companies, but it didn't entirely meet our needs or expectations. Ultimately, both sides agreed it was best to move on.

There are few to no dropped calls, and when paired with a skilled operator, it provides a great customer service experience.

The design is not very intuitive; it takes a while of using the software to understand how to use it. It also lags sometimes, which *can* cause calls to bump from one agent to the next.

Overall, the experience has been great. The call center functionality is wonderful and there are a slew of features available for most environments.

Easy to use, instant update all features and functionally makes call handling easy. All over Quality of software is awsm.

When I was taught by provider they explained everything almost too thorough and it confused me.

Queue is simple and easy for agents to use, accessing custom reports on demand through Broadworks is very helpful.

We like how much easier it is to do everything on the computer instead of the phone. Thank you for providing a software solution that is easy to use and makes the process simple and trackable.

Everything is spelled out clearly and compared to other software, I am always glad to see something that makes it quick and easy.

The support team at Evolve IP is very good and usually resolves cases within an hour.

The support from Evolve IP is really industry best as every person I have had the pleasure of working with has been competent and extremely helpful.

The website was very bad for most of the time we used it. They did upgrade it toward the end of our time using them, but it still fell short of other platforms we tested or what we now use.

I like the fact that users can easily see their stats for the day. I also like that you have a section where you can store contacts.

Overall it was simplified and it is now easy to teach. It's a very up to date and useful.

Overall, we had hoped for a better product. Everything works, but not the way we want it to work.

With in the first few months of going live we experienced 2-3 outages that impacted our customers' ability to reach us. More recently things have stabilized, but we had a rough start.

Very User Friendly,  Amazing Support , Not many distrubtion of services. Guaranteed uptime SLA's as long as you have uptime on Internet.

Unfortunately, the company can't solve all the problems at once. One last thing: the user interface, for call agents and adminstrators aswell, looks outdated.

The tools available help us monitor our call service very efficiently. Creating our top priority an easy task, which is making our customers happy.

The tool set for administering ECS is extremely difficult to navigate. It seems to be built on older technology.

I have been treated well, my only complaints are the above mentioned.

No transparency into spam-tagged phone numbers & replacements. More than 50% of replaced numbers come back already as spam, waste of our money.

Convoso has a really cool workflow automation that has elevated my productivity quite a bit and I'm definitely profitable.

I felt that from planning to live strategy it went swift, accurate with attention to detail and training to ease the transition.

The thing I like the most is that it is user friendly, easy to use, no complications, just straight to the point get the calls and dispose them correctly.

They have a team dedicated to driving your success, and have helped us improve in all dialing KPIs from our previous dialer.

The business has been able to set up quality appointments in less time. Reporting is a good tool.

Also, Convoso tech support is 2nd to none. Tech Support is easily accessible, all issues are resolved efficiently and even done with a smile.

It has lead management, a fully integrated PBX,  tons and tons of features that help optimize your operation and minimize the need for a admin to run it. It pretty much runs on auto pilot.

This allows me to make smarter decisions with Real Time Analytics that Track Agent and list profitability.

A lot of times bad updates causes glitches that affect our performance.

What I like the most about the convoso is its very easy to used , we were not having any problems in contacting our clients since it is reliable and options were given and can easily to be found.

SENSITIVE CONTENT] and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] are head and shoulders above the rest and should be models to learn from in the onboarding process. Love you all and thank you very much.

The software increased our contact rates 3x which increased overall sales 3x. In addition, the reporting dashboards allowed us to vastly improve a number of efficiency and agent behavior issues.

Our campaign has very specific needs and the software struggles to customize to our needs. In example, Reporting is restricted to dials when we need records as well.

There would also be times that there's a delay. You might hear a phone call ending , you just need to click reconnect.

The price is a bit expensive but its worth it.

I love that is very user friendly. I can make contact with a lot off people in a shorter time frame and navigate the system with ease.

The cost is above average for the sector and the deployment was one of the worst. Seems to be worth it however.

The best part of the software is the ease to move and manipulate the data to help drive performance.

Dialer is great and flexible system very easy to used contacting clients. And customer service is good on technical help.

This product was easy to use and implement for my new business. The customer support team has always been helpful, and the sheer levels of thought put into designing this software is amazing.

Worse system i've ever used, spent thousands of dollars setting this system up and nothing but constant issues and bugs that never get fixed.

Have always had solid customer service and technical help at will.

More complex configurations in Convoso are either limited or not possible.

Being able to track our costs and conversion ratios better than ever before. Also our speed to contact seems to lead our peers evidence by speaking to lead companies and verify time from post to dial.

I love how flexible the system is and that a lot of changes don't require an engineering background to apply.

Cost and a single integrated solution rather than a patchwork of tools.

Calls come in smooth most of the time and wait time is just right. It is easy to use and since its a web based tool, just log in at any browser, hit availability and you are good to go.

Kudos to amazing internal staff who helped me assimilate to my new surrounding and control panel mighty fast.

I've had some small difficulties with accessing the dashboard.

The only inconvenience we experience at times are network related & they are so rare we barely notice.

The dialer is great, We had better connect rate with our lead however, some of the API integration and functionality on the list are still not fixed.

The price for the extra features cost more than replacing the DID. The scam likely feature is not where it needs to be and it does not justify the cost.
