I find this sofware very important for every entrepreneurs who use to organize online meetings.the software works well and the video calling tools are enough good. I used it many time to attend to some meeting and i didn't dislike the results.

The software is quiet good but only the screen sharing need perfection

Am having the best time using GoTo Meeting as it has never failed. It made it easy for us to have very interactive and successful online meetings both within the organization among employees as well as with clients and other stakeholders to offer them the necessary updates. It is easy to use and always give our communications the security and privacy that we need.

The ease of use of GoTo Meeting made it easy for ys to introduce it in our organization as a communication platform and even our customers found it easy to adopt to it. First, the audio plus the video qualities are one that caught our eyes as we were assured of smooth and clear communication experience. The meeting recording tool is very helpful especially for those unable to join the meetings as they can easily get to follow through later.

Of all the times i have used GoTo Meeting, there is no one time that i found it difficult to use. Am totally happy with all its services and features.

This tool is quite safe and does not have an extensive list of vulnerabilities like other brands of its competition.When we used it, it was quite fast and light.

I think that it should have the possibility of being able to share files during the remote session, it was a problem having to find another tool to send files during the session, however other products that compete with this tool have this functionality.I also think that if the shared screen could be Zoomed it would be useful in some occasions of Support or remote presentation.The possibility of holding remote meetings simultaneously is important (when you have several clients at the same time and several support agents), it would be important for the brand to evaluate having this functionality that its competition does have.

It has been great as i have experienced the feel of virtual meetings with it and gotten to meet people that could have been a challenge meeting them physically.

When the internet is down video quality really drops alot

Only issue was occasional outage due to updates.

This is a reliable platform for me to assemble a group of students and deliver a class of important material. The program provides all I need to focus on my material, knowing the students will be able to log in, access the content, and service is available if I need.

There are links that must be delivered by e-mail to each attendee. This can make it inconvenient for persons to be able to log on if a class is scheduled well in advance.

Solid program, no complaints, does everything we need for meetings.

Very easy to use with their app or just a web browser. Rarely do we have issues connecting with other users.

I wish that the invites, offered more than one time zone.

Overall, it gets the job done. It can be fine to use for virtual meetings and video conferencing.

It does not have the same functionality and ease of use compared to other options, like Zoom. Also, since Zoom has become more popular, colleagues and collaborators are more likely to be comfortable with Zoom compared to GoTo Meeting.

For a fraction of the cost you pretty much get everything functions similar to Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx to conduct clients and staff meetings.

At this time I really don't see a downfall in using GoToMeeting but I am excited it is still competing with bigger companies.

When functioning fully, the tools and the suite could not be better. However, without an extensive pre-screening of the audience to ensure they have the capacity to download the GoTo app, and that they have downloaded Google Chrome and made it their preferred browser, the tools become difficult and the technical support for the audience is virtually non-existent.

I love the tool when it's working. It provides all of the meeting features, resolves bandwidth concerns and builds an ability to build community for those who are not behind any significant firewalls.

The inability to run the GoTo Suite of tools without downloads renders it useless in the government space. For those who cannot do downloads, they will be unable to join meetings. For those who refuse to use Google Chrome, they will be unable to use advanced features in the suite of GoTo tools

Time is money and GoToMeeting has become the solution towards saving time and travelling long distances to attend those meetings. With the lockdown and corona regulations this software has become a lifesaver to communicate with investors in other countries and promote your business while still at home and safe.

I like the automatic transcription because it enable one to easily get what is being said by another speaker who is a quick talker maybe or someone who has a different accent from yours. This software is also more affordable to very affordable to everyone and has very simple features that can be understood and loved by many people. During this time of corona pandemic GoToMeeting software is the solution and the way to go in order to be safe . GoToMeeting also provides you with recordings incase your multitasking in jobs. You can always be in touch of what was being said .

The chat option is most optional or rather say limited. Sometimes it can be difficult to get calls through mostly because it requires a very good internet connection. Most African countries are under the so called developing countries and it can somehow disadvantage them on that Field.

This software works. The mobile apps run great and won't dissapoint. The addins to install on PC and Mac are lighweight and install very quickly and it still leads when connecting to different IT environments (we have never experienced having issues with a customer when using GoTo Meeting in their network), something that some remote meeting softwares haven't been able to achieve.

GoTo Meeting was our first selection when having remote meeting within our company untill last year (2019). It just works as expected, does not consume too many (computing and network) resources and works on most IT environments (incluiding our customer's). The addins install quick and easy and the sharing features are great. It usually has an admin that creates the meeting and the meeting needs to be started by the admin. Has all the basic features you would need to have a remote meeting (audio - video, screen sharing, inmersive chat, Q&A, participants list, some controls, etc) but it doesn't have had too many updates for some time and lacks some features we have found productive (whiteboard, for example).

The software works great. Nevertheless, we have found some features in other remote meeting software that could make it ideal: have anyone in your organization be able to have admin rights (create meetings, start meetings, change meeting configurations, etc) and some features that nowadays might be very useful (whiteboard, a note taking module to be able to take notes and share them when the meeting ends, more options to connect audio - to name a few).

Overall experience is pretty awesome and I recommend this tool for any such collaborations or any conferencing session is required. Price wise also it is pretty less.

Best Audio Video Quality during the Call. We can use this without any corporate network. International calls are pretty nice and sound and video quality during the international meetings are pretty cool. Recording of the meetings and storing them in the cloud is the best option so that we can get the recordings anytime from the cloud.

The recordings should be stored more then 3 months in the Cloud. The recordings are getting autodeleted from the cloud after 3 months which is very frustrating. Chats should be achieved and can be accessible after the meeting.
