GoTo has the personal feel of meeting face to face without the inconvenience of asking clients to come to the office. Starting a call is almost as easy as a phone call. I get an affordable price and great features. If you need or want to save your call recordings within the app, this is the one I recommend. The app pretty much always works as expected. Anything that does arise can be expedited by using the 24/7 phone support. Setup was minimal even for me as an account holder. Clients aren't required to create an account and GoTo Meeting is available on every platform I'm aware of. All of the tools and features are easy to use. The interface is simple, also easy to use. Personally, I love the unlimited storage GoTo Meeting provides. Saving the call recording is important and useful to me. The saved files are easy to find as well. Multiple users and/or devices are permitted under one subscription. In app messaging and Private Messaging is something else I really love. Another standout feature for me was the fade feature with the on screen pen. I can highlight a portion of my screen, then without further action it will fade and the client can see the whole screen without obstruction. It's also worth mentioning that I can share my entire screen or only a specific window. #### Cons GoTo Meeting is affordable, however I wish there were a broader range of plans. I pay for features I don't really need just to get the unlimited cloud storage. I'd prefer to see it available as an add on to the standard plan. It is very secure and private making it possible to have very private and confidential conversations and discussions online without fear of security and privacy breaches. It makes it possible to have very clear meeting with crystal clear audios and very high quality visuals. The meeting recording function is very useful as it makes it possible to keep a record of every discussion that is held for future referencing. #### Cons I have nothing to complain about Join.Me.
