"It gives EmberBuild a professional image with a dedicated business number and call routing that makes sure client calls never get missed, even when we’re on job sites."

"I have used grashopper for 2 years & voice quality & phone support very good having good features like call forwarding, Auto Attendent,Extensions etc. which is essential for any good business softphone"

"By the time I got through, our phone number had already been ported to another provider, meaning Grasshopper was no longer providing any service. Despite that, they continued to charge us. When I asked for a refund for the months we were not using the service, I was told the representative “did not have the option” to issue one."

"That I was not able to text due to Federal Communications Commission who had a ton of red tape for anti-spam requirements for 7 digit phone numbers, it took us months to modify our website and regain texting capabilities."

"I wish it were a cleaner look and feel. When I get calls and answer them, it takes 20-30 seconds for my phone to hijack the call."
