"Zoom Workplace provides the ability to have online meetings, either from office space or remote while also providing the ability to make or receive phone calls using the soft phone option via the app."

"I run webinars, group coaching, and training sessions pretty much every week, and being able to have everything sync up with my calendar without me having to babysit it is huge."

"It has become an essential communication tool for customer meetings, sales presentations, remote collaboration, training sessions, and internal team discussions, with dependable screen sharing and collaboration features."

"Additional licensing for more advanced options such as integration with H323 video conferencing rooms is more expensive and the actual ‘Zoom Rooms’ kit tends be fiddly to set up correctly as they are provided by 3rd part vendors."

"The only thing I don't like about Zoom is when you use it on your phone the connection keeps dropping during zoom meetings and you if a meeting is closed one has tomeeage the hosts and ask them to let me back in again."
