Appreciated the ease of use and the quick start up time and quick responses from the support team. Use on both Macs and PCs was much easier than other systems.

I love how responsive the product is for being agent-based.

I was using an old Windows Update Server (WSUS) which in itself was a pain, but that only updates windows. Automox updates windows plus all of my other software that I have installed.

The tool was great at first but when we tried to patch devices we kept having errors. The help desk takes weeks to respond and they can't seem to get issues resolved.

Support has been excelent, the one time I needed to contact them (which was due to my lack on knowledge rather than an actual issue.).

Use Siteground to host several websites and have found them to be reliable and customer service is excellent - easy to access help and they have always been able to help with any problems I have had.

SiteGround is better than people say, but worse than it could be.

The SiteGround interface is intuitive and easy to use and it was fully featured. I was drawn in by and signed up on account of a low, introductory three-year rate.

This year my rates doubled making it hard to stay for my small, not income producing blog.

These are great additions, especially the certificates, in that you need a secure domain to be relevant online in this day and age.

Suggested plugins were ineffective even after offering malware definitions and utilizing the paid plugin options.

They are continually adding new features to existing packages (at the same prices). I'm very happy with their hosting service.

SiteGround is a fantastic hosting company, with a really cool control panel experience that makes it reliable and user-friendly (that's a hidden gem in hosting companies, believe me).

The initial attraction is cost and good reliability (based on reviews), but you also quickly discover how strong the customer support is - either via email or webchat. Any issues are quickly resolved.

With good WordPress support, SiteGround has been recognized by WordPress as an official website host.

Email marketing is misleading. Paid for 1000 contacts/10000 emails per month plan.

But I may stay with siteground because they are just that good and worth it. I measured up the nameserver assignment and they were quick to resolve the issue.

SiteGround doesn't create drama; it just keeps working. I particularly value their quality technical support; it has saved me much time when configuring or troubleshooting my clients' sites.

We loved SiteGround for a long time. Their customer support was amazing and the price you pay is very reasonable.

Everything else, like customer service, easy to use interface, additional features etc. are secondary after that and help you choose one provider over another.
