Pros
- The heat maps are quite useful, Freshmarketer is easy to use and has a good user interface.
- I needed a tool to easily allow me to test multiple hypothesis for shopping behavior and I think this was a great option. Really easy to set up and has a very friendly user interface.
Cons
- There are bugs that might irritate you. It is still in the developing stage so most of the issues get fixed but you will experience new ones but it is evolving.
- Not much, but the biggest issue is speed. It lags very often but I think that can be attributed it to being based on JS.
Pros
- We can send the individualized dashboards to clients via simple URL so they can check their rankings each day which is fantastic for those high maintenance clients.
- Keyword Rank Checker has a free version which is a good thing for those who can't afford the full software. The data Keyword Rank Checker provides is accurate.
Cons
- Can be limited with languages other than English at times but for the most part, I have not had any issues using this software.
- We also ran into some strange issues with keywords not being tracked correctly or needing to refresh URLs often because tracking would break when you would switch to a different time frame.
