The number one thing that sticks out to me is support! About a year ago I went through a computer system rebuild and was having big issues with my email. On a weekend, I was not able to get my email to load, and it was determined I had used all of my allotted server space.... I sent an email, and a tweet and unbelievably an upper management person responded, on the weekend, directly to me via text and upgraded my plan behind the scenes so that I would have email access. We then settled the billing aspect later the next week. he was amazing, responsive and seriously put my mind at ease knowing I would be able to get to my email. THANK YOU ITC for over 15 years on services. LOYAL CUSTOMER here!!

I Think the new page to help customers easily pay a bill or make a claim to a specific company is a great and very useful addition. ITC got it set up quickly so we could start using it as soon as possible. The website upgrade we just got that is going to revamp our site looks great and promising, and cant wait to see the end result and get it launched. I like how new and streamlined the new design looks, and our ITC team is great and always extremely quick and helpful!

to date I have not found any cons yet. Everything has worked extremely well, and if it wasn't then ITC would fix it quickly.

Started off strong when we only had 1 or 2 points of contact, but now when I need to change or amend something it gets delegated to whomever and the changes made haven't been satisfactory.

Support and making changes outside of the software isn't great . Software can be clunky to navigate if you don't use it on a regular basis.

Website Builder provided me with a professional looking website that contains all of the information that is easily retrievable for an insurance buyer.

It's not just software, it's a business engine that keeps going and going and going. With out it you won't get that far.

The fact its so good that I know I have to use it to stay ahead of my competition.

I can make changes to it but I'm not a website builder, its actually frustrating to be forced to use a product you have not been trained to use!

Honestly, I liked the old system better because when I called I received fast service. The new web system takes a while for service to get back to you & is not as user friendly. I have no choice to use it since they took away Agency Thrive.

My experience has been overall A+. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] help me with the setup and did an excellent job over the phone. He has been there for continued help and the customer service team is always available.

I like the admin console because I can handle to-do’s after business hours. I can complete email setups, add videos for new agents, tweak verbiage on all pages, and many more functions. Also, when I need to make small changes to the website they don’t try and bill me for every little thing, big deal!

There aren’t really any cons to using ITC but if I had to name one it would be functionality of the web admin on an iPad. Sometimes it is difficult to use.

Reduced plan to maintain e-mail and some kind of Wewb presence. Otherwise not alot of value in the site.

Site looks professional...not sure it provides a structure and functionality that prompts attracting prospect interest and generating leads.

Absolutely too difficult to self administer for small agency. Too expensive to get help. Site did not produce leads at all.

Overall great product that has continued to meet my needs. The site was customizable and the ITC assisted in helping me design. They have a great assortment of design templates and lots of content.

My main landing site looks a wordy. Ideally would like it simplified. Too many unneeded pages that can get the consumer lost navigating your website.

Individuality in that some edits are not achievable. However, their I.T. staff will make edits upon request, which is good. There are incremental costs to additional services which is expected.
