Not terribly easy for a IT challenged person to set up SEO and DNS info. Just not user friendly for me personally and I am still struggling to get it completed and functional.

Logging into client account. Ll need to work on that.

Absolutely too difficult to self administer for small agency.

It's incredibly difficult to make changes to the website. It's cumbersome to make simple photo changes even.

I have only been a customer for about 30 days, but I am very happy with the communication that has been delivered be the Account Executives and Technical support so far.

ITC has been a very good purchase and has helped our agency get a sleek looking website for an affordable price. The reps over at ITC are responsive and very helpful.

Too many unneeded pages that can get the consumer lost navigating your website.
