### Pros

"The high level of functionality and software version control is incredible and our assigned IT contractors are able to safely host and upgrade the bespoke B2B inventory portal on which our global distributors place orders to acquire glass and ceramics."

"We use it for hosting apps, running VMs and storing data, and it handles most tasks without issues. Once things are configured properly it runs stable, but the setup part can take time and patience."

"I’ve found that deploying resources through Infrastructure as Code is straightforward and efficient, which helps streamline workflows and maintain consistency. While there are occasional bugs or unexpected issues, they are typically manageable and outweighed by the platform’s robust capabilities and continuous improvements."

### Cons

"The very fact of deployment is very expensive to poor value of money to a mid-sized manufacturing company that does not have a huge internal IT department, and the customer support is very expensive and slow in responding to when we encounter critical bugs and issues in servers."

"Pricing is another pain point: while powerful, Azure’s cost structure can be difficult to predict, with charges spread across compute, storage, networking, and add‑on services that aren’t always obvious at first glance."

"What I liked least about Microsoft Azure is that it can be complex to navigate for beginners, and the pricing structure can be confusing, making it hard to estimate costs accurately."
