Training sessions have been fun and informative, and support has been great through the first week and months of teething issues.

Some features are missing (cross domain behavior, limit the access to the data based on the user profile, App coverage...) but are in the 2018 roadmap.

I like that we can have visibility of how our websites and services perform from different checkpoints around the globe, easy to setup with great user support.

The interface wasn't as easy to use as I would have liked, but support is readily available and happy to help set things up or change them.

We love the product, and trust it across our portfolio. It's clear and intuitive to use for the most part and the support team are first rate if you ever need to engage with them.

The support team at Uptrends is amazing in that they take the time to help non-technical people understand the monitoring, reporting and business and technical implications.

If this was cheaper we would have monitored far more of our services remotely through uptrends. Currently, we are limited to just key services.

The display is very clear and graphically nicely designed. The support is very friendly, responds quickly and is uncomplicated.

Tool is very intuitive, it is very easy to set up monitoring. The alerting possibilities are also very good.

The feature of monitoring from multiple checkpoints is invaluable to isolating network issues. The auto traceroute, log retention, reporting and integration with other tools is great.

Unethical company auto renews without notice or consent. Ignores proper request to cancel and threatens legal action if you don't pay auto renewal.

In cases of more complex challenges, the support team is very receptive and proactive in helping us find answers.

Support are excellent in assisting you get the most out of the product too, and have proved really useful when exploring the more complex monitor and journey tracking that is available.
