  • Pros

  • One benefit that we love is adding and modifying fields in the ticketing system to keep track of certain information of the customer.
  • Great library of extensions, integrations, and more. The forums are extremely helpful too.
  • Cons

  • It does lack some features that you get from a paid alternative such as Autotask,, things such as integrating into an RMM system.
  • What I dislike about the software it crashes most of them based on feedback from Adminstrator. And as End-user, the URL is not available for use.

  • The software is easy to use and very reliable.
  • The software is easy to use and the multi-region monitoring servers is ideal for monitoring our SaaS platform.
  • Cons

  • When looking al all ping check down checks show as red but the line graph graphic is in the middle vs at the bottom for indicating no communication or dead ping.
  • This complicates monitoring SaaS and leaves the product useless for SLA and OLA calculations.
