None really... The concept is to use a tool that provides designs with hand drawn look. So some people many think it should be more like certain competitors, but in fact what make this software so unique is that it sticks to this concept and it is really good in my point of view.In addition, everything I wished was implemented in the updates after providing feedback to Jason.

SketchWOW has been essential in creating educational materials that keep the interest of my students. The process of creating also helps me find areas in my presentations that need work.

I love the ease of use. I literally jumped right in and didn't have any interface stress, which is nice after a lot of heavy Adobe use. There's still freedom as well, but it's so nice when the interface doesn't get in the way.

The style of most elements may not be appropriate for some projects. I had some issues getting accustomed to how multiple pages of a project work as well, but this was a minor bump. Editing text is still a bit limited, but I'm not looking to replace InDesign.

I've used other diagramming products, but I like how SketchWow looks and has a more relaxed feel to it.

I like that the software is user friendly and the tutorial is easy to follow. I can create flowhcarts for work, I can create little tiny fun icons/images for my digital planner and notes. I am planning to teach kids to use it for their school presentations.

You need the internet to use the product because it check the license eveytime you open the application.

I saw SketchWow's ad in my facebook feed and I really liked the 'sketch' aesthetic. As an advisor, I need to communicate concepts and frameworks to my clients. They are over the whole low-effort powerpoint thing, but are intimidated when diagrams are too nice. So the sketch aesthetic allows them to feel comfortable with new things while looking nice. It's hard to make something 'casually look good' and I can do it pretty quickly using SketchWow.

The functionality is pretty intuitive - vertical navigation on the left, typical controls for right click, select, all that. A pretty flat learning curve. But the best thing these folks keep doing is 1) adding more templates and 2) adding more to the library. I can import svgs, pngs, all that, which is great, but it's just easier when there's already an asset there that's already in line with the aesthetic. Plus, it's easy to stay in touch with them. [sensitive content hidden] sends out update emails and they're one of the only emails I read from my product subscriptions because there are always new goodies that come with them. These folks churn out updates to the software and libraries. It's awesome.

Is this an Affinity Designer? No, so there is some limited functionality because it's a basic tool that gets things done really quickly and well. Would it be dope to have more bells and whistles? Yes, of course. But honestly - for the price and the regular updates plus the communication from the [sensitive content hidden] - they have way overdelivered, and I love this.

I am loving everything they do. They bring regular updates, and each one makes the product massively better to use. The choice of GFX elements also grows at a great rate. Note: I purchased the Pro version, which I think ships with more GFX resources than the standard one, which justifies the price difference alone.

Part of my job is to create new process workflows, or to analyze existing ones and improve them. Most customers find it boring to tell them what they are doing 'wrong' in their own workflows, but by using the beautiful graphics resources provided by SketchWOW, I have yet to see someone unhappy. They all appear much more interested and engaged while we discuss the issues and plans, and very often I get asked how I created these drawings. SketchWOW simply transforms the way I talk about boring stuff!

SketchWOW drawing boards sizes are pixel-based, and font sizes are relative (meaning, if I draw a shape and type some 24px text inside, then increase the shape dimensions, font size will increase proportionally). When I create workflow diagrams, I can't always get the component shapes and sizes right from the get go — but when I then shuffle them around and resize them, I have to then go back and change my font sizes everywhere to keep them consistent across components. Also, sometimes when a drawing becomes more complex, PDF exports open snd redraw very slowly when viewed in Adobe Reader.

I have enjoyed the product and it has saved me time and energy explaining complex topics.

It is a slightly tricky learning curve, but if you watch the videos, that should not be a problem.

I use this tool as a way to create more engaging, more casual-feel pictures to appeal to readers of my forthcoming book sequel that uses imagery to stir up ways to complete a introspection journal.I also use this tool during my day job as an Enterprise Architect where complex information systems can be less intimidating to understand when I use sketchwow to make engaging imagery for raising understanding.

Flexible, intuitive and well supported. This tool helps me to create imagery on the fly, it contains many great ways to fine tune the images, is very easy to learn how to use and provides great support for multiple graphics formats and customizations as well as support for people who want to learn and generate their own ideas. The cost is SO great too. I am very grateful that this company has still maintained and expanded the product while doing everything they can to manage costs. I use images in my book, presentations, wiki entries and absolutely love the ability to design animated workflows!!!

Navigation between different element groups can be a little clumsy to work with. It is easy to get used to though and I don't know of any suggestions I can make to improve the experience right now.Only other thing I would LOVE to see (and I'm sure my Sketchwow friends have heard this a zillion times) - when can we have a version for tablets (especially iPad)? ;-)

SketchWow is extremely easy to use. I learned about sketch-noting when trying to figure out studying methods for pharmacy school, but I am not always the most artistic and I type way faster than I write. SketchWow allows me to be artistic and creative with my notes and organize effectively while making sure that they are efficient and readable. I love that it was a one time fee versus a lot of other platforms that want a monthly subscription to use their service (being a college student means having limited funds)!

There have been a few issues of running some software on my laptop that causes SketchWow to not work properly until I uninstall and re-install the product. However, customer service is always very helpful and quick to respond!

I just love the style that SketchWow creates! I was looking for a way to create good looking graphics for my presentations that did not look like the plastic standard diagrams of most presentation software. And SketchWow delivers beautifully! I now create professional, yet unique, graphics to illustrate my points.

Love the ease of the tools to create seemingly handdrawn, but professional, graphics in many different ways. I find the user interface very intuitive. The many templates and icons provide a good starting point for inspiration or the project itself.

There are no big drawbacks with SketchWow, but of course you always want more to expand the possibilities to use this software. Instead of exporting an image, integration with presentation software on an object level would be wonderful. I would also love the possibility to import other icons as "hand drawings", not just as images (which work perfectly fine). I have no idea if either are technically possible.

The app is my partner for me as new author.Since first version I have worked whit it and always has been useful. Every upgrade has been best. I will have to change my laptop and I don’t khow what will happening with my license! Thanks for Sketch wow team, because change my world trough your app.

Number of pages per file. I did a complete book whit sketch wow that was my principal problem. & palette of color it’s complicate change default’s colors.

Somehow I not only feel like a user of a product, but as a fan of a movement. The tone of voice of all the interactions with the people behind SketchWow is great and you really feel like you want to help them along. I hope to remain part of the SketchWow 'movement' for a long time ;-)

SketchWow really enables me to create more personalized presentation material, that really wows my audiences. I have received the question "did you draw these diagrams by hand" so often and people are always surprised to hear that there is such a mature and great tool as SketchWow to help with that.

The only thing in my opinion that might need some improving is the design of the user interface. Not the functionality, but the design. I would appreciate it if the user interface resembles the way SketchWow deals with diagramming, i.e. with a bit more fun!

A web version would drain on resources making it less profitable and more expensive in the longer run. - Need more stick figures and animated library- Should be able to create short animated stories across multiple slides- Would love to see an ios version for ipad

I love how simple and flexible it is to use. I use it on nearly on a daily basis to improve my PPT presentations and make them more engaging. You can even use it to graphically illustrate complex topics in a fun way. And even if you don't PPT you can even us SketchWow directly as a presentation software, thanks to the implemented presenter mode. I simply love it.

SketchWOW is so simple and intuitive to use and even allows for importing of own graphics. The customer support in terms of updates and implementation of requested features is unbeatable.

Believe it or not... there is nothing to not like about the Software. It is simply gorgeous.

Not only do I use it to make slick diagrams for my otherwise boring presentations I like the fact you can let it look like draft (sketchy). I also love the fact that the design templates challenge me to bring different messages - or same messages in a different, more eclectic way.

I loved the product from the start. It is quite versatile and the sketchy look to otherwise slick graphics really appealed to me.

I miss the presentation possibilities - I always need to bring this to Powerpoint or other presentation tools. I am not working on individual graphs but on presentations for a larger public.
