It seems difficult to use as an all-in-one task management system since it isn't easy to handle non-recurring tasks.

The only downside (for now) is that if you embed the SOP in an external site, an external user can run the flow without generating an account.

That's a tremendous time saver - not to mention efficiency-booster. I love that it was easy to learn how to use the software.

The user interface is easy to understand and navigate, which makes it more appealing, because now I can delegate the SOP creation and maintenance to one of my employees.

The wide range of pre-built templates, user-friendly interface, and integration capabilities make Flowster a valuable asset for businesses looking to enhance their workflow efficiency.

In short - a very positive experience and I'm now planning to completely integrate Flowster as part of my business documentation.

Documenting tasks and Assigning them to people, and tracking their progress. It is a perfect way to ensure knowledge transfer is achieved effectively.

Easy to set up, easy to integrate, unlimited guests can run the SOPs and I can analyze the progress. Workflows are easily set up and easy to assign.

Maybe if they had a different screen with a different theme format that indicates you are editing a template (as opposed to a workflow), then it may help to avoid such mistakes.

However, it quickly became hard to keep track of all these documents, especially when updating or tweaking your processes.

Last but not least, the customer support is outstanding, my questions were answered quickly.

I've been using it a short time, but am really impressed and am slowly switching all of my process documentation into Flowster. Amazing team and amazing [SENSITIVE CONTENT.

I love that Flowster allows me to place all of my SOPs in one central database. It also makes it extremely easy to ensure that my team follows all steps properly.

As I get to grips with everything Flowster has to offer, I've had a few questions. Their support team has been fast and answered everything with plenty of detail to keep me moving forward.

The pre-made templates are amazing, they can give you a great start. This is my first time documenting our process and has made our life so much easier.

No groups feature to manage users. No browser extension or seamless capture of a Process or Workflow.

I can't work offline, which is terrible for someone who is required to do a lot of work inside airplanes.

You can't really duplicate a sheet, or there is something wrong with that feature that makes it extremely inconvenient for us to do so.

It's intuitive to learn so you can get up-to-speed quickly, and has terrific training and community support to allow users to build upon their Smartsheet skills and become experts.

What I like best about Smartsheet is the great amount off functionalities it has, it can be used for many purposes and it is very easy to set up.

They're so easy to customize and they have great webinars that can help support you. I like the ability to upload documents to show and share project progress with other members of your team.

The new features have been awesome. One think I love the best is the Report Builder functionality.

It's easy to set up, and I don't really have to dig too much to find the functionality it's designed for. I love love love that it's online and I can easily search for my sheets.

There is so much that I love about Smartsheet. The fact that you can create forms and that they have pre-determined templates that allow you to build out all kinds of documents.
