I love the software interface and ease with which I can compare my financials.

My experience has been overall positive. My bookkeeper is there when I need him and always professional and friendly.

Not all of my business accounts can be connected via feed (ie intuit payroll), which requires a drag and drop upload each month.

I reached out to customer service and they did give me 2 months of a refund, because the customer service rep (who was very kind & courteous) saw what I saw.

This was super easy to set up and describe exactly what I was using it for. Other providers took ages to figure out how to integrate my Amazon sales but Bench just got it.

App is very easy to use and pretty much user friendly. Very clean and definitely love the layout of it.

It also encourages me to be more aware of receivables and expenses + I really appreciate that I can check my books at any time, day or night.

As a creative entrepreneur,  I'm not in love with bookkeeping, so Bench has been a total lifesaver for me and my business.

When I confirm those purchases it is usually 30+ transactions and at that point I don't even remember all of them so it takes a while for me to locate receipts. I really dislike that too.

I already use other platforms that integrate well with Bench so I decided to give them a try.

I really like the software and service. The sales process and setup was super easy.

Bench has set my mind at ease that all of my business costs and expenditures are being accounted for successfully and tracked.

The Status tab points the blame on us, but we have always provided responses in a timely manner, within 24 hours.

We had some problems understanding the interface at first.

They have poor customer service for an even worse product. Issues regularly and no resolve.

The integration of all of the packages and the easy customization to your needs. I like that you can get as much detail or as little detail as you require on your reports.

It seems like Cougar forgot all the lessons they learned through their DOS and CMS products. The reports are terrible and less informative than those in CMS.

It is a super value when you see all that it can do. Plus it is not just for mom and pop.

We are just getting ready to go live with Denali, have been practicing on it and it seems very user friendly.

Many features not right. My CPA hates the software.

We have had Cougar Mountain software for a while and are very happy with the product and customer services.

This review is for the 4.1.1 version. I am told the new version corrects some of the defects -- but they have miles and miles and miles and miles to go to catch up to their ACT version.

The trainer was awesome and the few times we have needed tech support I have been pleased with their responsiveness.

I like the integration of the modules (ie.e purchase order, to inventory, to accounts payable, to general ledger). This speeds up all data entry.

I had to convert to DENALI due to an OS upgrade. I have never been so disappointed in a Cougar Mountain product.

I use the Denali Payroll and it is very easy to use and the software support people are great.

They have messed up our Customer notes and can not fix so now we really have a mess. When I ask a question, I am told they can not answer that and they don't know why the reports look the way they do.

The Program writers did a great job with the transitioning into Denali. The Software is easy to access, understand and maneuver though.

For the money, the features are excellent and I challenge you to find a better product in the price range. We have been using CMS since 1992.

We really like being able to archive reports rather than printing reams. Overall, this software is great.

Poor code requiring constant updates/fixes. Which most time is Full 3gb.

The Support Staff is outstanding. Every time I have needed them they have solved the problem or answered my question successfully.

The customer service is beyond awesome. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable, they are eager to help learn the product and use it to its full capabilities for your application.
