We create all prospects, customers, products (but just a few) and services and it is easy to create them. The software help us a lot to make the follow-up of invoice payments.

A lot of plugins can help to manage better the company and the leads/proposals. Update is better even if they can still improve it.

I wish you could fill out a few fields only once, especially when they're the same, but that's my only complaint.

We had previously been using some other tools, but this seems to be a bit better.

The only way I have gotten things to work properly is from a computer. Trying to do anything on your smartphone with this platform is very poor.

If you are getting a good deal on this and need it, I would say go for it. If you are a start up and want to look sleek to your employees, look elsewhere like Expensify or something.

Receipts are in one part, then the line items are on another part, then you have to attach receipts in a clunky way. I was very disappointed with how difficult the interface was to navigate.

No mobile application to snap pictures of receipts (let alone OCR them like expensify does). Web UI just got a facelift to the 21st century and it's still awful.

The fact that you link your bank account and get paid for personal expenses much faster than a traditional system is very helpful.
