This is a great product for a mid-sized facilities management operation. I've used it at two different organizations and have been very happy with both the product and their support.

There is no partial item count (ex. Received 2 of 3) on the purchase order record if there is a partial receipt.

What I like most about eWorkOrders is that it is user friendly and easy to navigate. Fixing problems is quick and easy.

The initial PM set up was a bit confusing in terms of assigning the assets to the PM.

Setup and configuration is difficult until you become intimately familiar with the product.

I was familiar with the system at another facility that I consulted with. Ease of Use: setup is easy as well as general maintenance of the system.

There is not away for creating custom queries to be written if you are a SQL user. We cannot search by Work Order numbers and in some cases we have a list of particular ones.

It looks like its going  to be user friendly. The customer service and tech support is very good.

Customer Service [sensitive content hidden. Is excellent, knowledgeable and always answers the phone as a live person (and replies to emails quickly).

The eWorkOrders system helped us achieve that and more. The ease of use for line staff to enter work orders is as good as it gets.

Sometimes finding a specific work order it difficult because the type filters that are offered.

It helps us reduce our paper use, the what's new feature is terrific much better than getting emails, it is quite a flexible program and our tech support has been awesome.

We really like how quick and easy eWorkorders is to use for both the individuals requesting the work orders and the maintenance techs.

The thing we like best about eWork Orders is how easy it is for our employees to open new work orders. The interface is very intuitive.

We expanded and had to find a one stop shop. Where it could take money, allow for signing of leases, etc.

It is super easy to learn and use. Very easy to setup as well.

The have great customer support. Hundreds of reports to choose from and if you can't find a standard report from their list of reports, they will build a custom report for you.

Ease of configuration, personalization and customization. Straight-forward, trouble free, fast inexpensive Implementations (ie $1,500 completed in 1 week).

The software is little bit difficult to manage first time but as you familiar with the tool it's works smoothly.

Dynamics 365  is a great app provided by Microsoft to run your business. Being a part of the Microsoft is a huge advantage as it becomes more integrated to other MS Office programs.

It needs some customization for your need and sometime it gives you errors and that is little unlikely to be in Microsoft products.

It is nice software, easy to use. The UI is also good, neet and clean.

It's very easy to navigate and if you need help, the help box is right there. If you need live help, you can always contact a rep to help.

I really like this integration of Microsoft and the way it is set up to help expand on project and business management.

Honestly the cost is considered acceptable, the level of help and support is very good, Microsoft is more and more surprising for a better future.

It turns some people off to products when they have to wait for a live agent, and even worse- that's the only option. I didn't make this a priority simply because I'm not in the category.

Dynamics has been a great addition. Our sales team has learn to make small customization and our Finance teams love how powerful it is.

It just was a poor design of software it should have been a step by step tutorial but if wasn't it was jus ban there you go.
