It is easy to use, with the cloud based version it is accessible from anywhere, and quite customisable on the user front with regards to approvals and workflows. Great data and document store.

Assist in getting proper approval for purchase orders and kept count of PO sequence. Easy to use after a short period of time.

Occasional errors in accounting software when importing information if another user is in accounting system (has to do with batching).

We get great support from the consultants as well.

We were on a paper system using Microsoft GP as our accounting software. We needed something that integrated with GP and was easy to implement and train.

Easy to view status of requests and locate by searches. Also the ability to view where the request stands in the approval routing.

Software times has error when creating a PO but once you press create a PO again then everything is fine.

We’re able to keep our costs down and have the peace of mind that requests are getting the right approvals. Auditing has been smoother since implementing Fraxion.

Great experience for me. We have a dedicated business systems resource on our team who helps a lot.

The ability to integrate reports directly with system data pulls is a very nice feature that can help reduce the complexity of workbooks.

Collaboration can also be difficult, as the individual models are fragile and must be updated online.

It can be difficult to set up a report template. Once set it is good and there are no worries.

Upload of transactional data allows for greater degree of self-service research of budget variances on the part of budget owners.

The interface is pretty dated. I also mainly use chrome as my browser and there seems to be a lag time when scrolling in a template which is a bit of a pain.

I like being able to quickly and easily navigate to what I need. I like the user interface and options given upon login.

I originally got into Host for budgeting and it has been great for that, but I have found it great for many other things. I also love the way it can grow with me.

It can be difficult to set up a report template. Not all the modules have the same reporting tools.

Customer service is second to none. In my 30+ years in planning and analysis, I have never found a team so dedicated to ensuring their customer's success.

I was never able to go live. Never got any value out of it and they made me pay for 2 years.

It's extremely user friendly, easy to use, and allows our team to quickly consolidate, close and provide detailed financial reports each month.

The inability to do calculations in the report without creating a new template. Also as we are on Macs the inability to use spotlight in Mac Excel.

The planning tool helped us standardize our budgeting process and we're very impressed with the workforce planning module that helped us easily managing our headcount and compensation estimate.

We love the ease and flexibility of the tool. The monthly releases mean that the product is constantly making improvements.

A data pull is not immediate and can cause some frustration if data is not pulled 100% accurately the first time.

Our planning process runs more smoothly and efficiently again with less errors. We are able to consolidate our plans quicker.

OVerall is a great tool for the ease of standardizing and managing  our reports.
