When a macro fails, you will very likely lose your file.

There is no introduction or guide for new users so I think there is probably lots of functionality that I am not aware of.

I get frustrated sometimes when my chart export to PowerPoint doesn't work.

Nothing of note, the only thing missing is some customizability.

The most impactful features for me are the keyboard shortcuts and navigation tools that help me speed up the time it takes me to build financial models and clean up external files.

Some of the actions cannot be 'undone' if used by mistake.

We work with Finance Manager on modelling pricing strategy with relative ease that are tremendously helpful for our growth strategy.

I find the integration with Excel, the customization tools for modelling and formatting and the ease of use to be exceptional.

I have heard of colleagues sometimes having trouble with plug-in disappearing.

Incapable of use with S&P Capital IQ is the worst part with Macabacus.

For powerpoint, I utilize the formatting shortcuts daily and find it to be the most useful tool. For excel, I mainly use macabacus for precedent and dependent tracking.

Great tool that I wished I had earlier in my career. Would have saved countless hours of building and reviewing models.

The shortcuts and ability to import excel data in PowerPoint is amazing.

Whenever I try to do this, the sizing gets messed up or it autofit to the location I am trying to add it to.

When working with multiple documents, that can be somewhat frustrating.

I use the trace / export to powerpoint / word the most. It's a great, low-cost alternative to other high-cost trace functions through capiq or other resources.

For tracing dependents and precedents is great and for importing charts to PPT.

Formula tracing is very useful and more effective than native Excel features. Customizable formatting shortcuts are extremely helpful while building financial models as well.

Overall, a good product for the price and a helpful add-in.

There are times when we bump into a defect, these defects will impact our business processes and users.

Netstock for Sales Forecasting / Demand Planning. Netsuite claims to be able to do all of the above, it may do, but to such a poor level, it's not a viable option.

Great cloud based ERP system. We’ve invested in customizing it to our exact needs.

For my particular area of work, inventory management is great and is better than its competitors.

I recently switched over to Netsuite and I have really enjoyed it so far. It seemed like I picked it up after only a few days of using it.

I really like this program better than sales force because it’s easier to Navigate set of the systems.

From contract negotiation, implementation and after sales support, this has been my worst vendor experience as a 20 year professional.

When NetSuite has errors, they tend to be very bad ones and take a while to get fixed, which hurts our daily business.

I like that I can store all of the companies information in one place. I like that our customers are easy to find.

The structure of Estimate > Sales Order > Invoice is nice. Use of Tasks and Customer notes, contacts and related information is also nice.

You can integrate with any other application and also it's very fast and reliable. This can be the good solution for EDI also.

I'm in purchasing and have use over 15 different software systems and this is probably the worst or tied for worst.

The robust features that come out of the box are great. I like the abundance of add on Modules and Suiteapps available.

It helps tie costs and resources to a project code and manage expense approvals and reporting. Woud really like some features for mass uploads to save time.

They have so much 'clicking' to do they get confused, push the wrong button and because the whole thing is in effect an accounts package it can be difficult to undo the mess.

I love being able to mess around and try things without actually affecting the books. It also integrates with just about every finance product I've ever been interested in.

NetSuite can be difficult to learn at the beginning. You also have to pay for an outside service to link you emails from Outlook to NetSuite.

No accountability for system issues, error, or outages. Sneaky contracts that will hook you with discounts and raise fees exorbitantly after your are stuck with your data and huge conversion costs.

We have had poor support with the local NetSuite facilitating company. While we have made strides in the integration, it has taken years to do so, and we are a small company.

Honestly the best thing I like about NetSuite is how easy it is to contact Customer Service and how helpful they are.

The customer support is horrible. You can call your Account Executive and it takes days, weeks or months to get results.

After the trial it’s very hard to get any customer service or contact from the company. The service team sells the product and then they are nowhere to be found, and very difficult to contact.

Overall I would recommend Netsuite to another user as it is easy to use and intuitive. The customer support has been vital in helping our team along the way.

A very good software for cloud base and does the basics  as well as for any other added customisation.

Set up team is great, and very accommodating. Overall product is great and we are looking forward to a lasting relationship.

Netsuite is essential to our finance department. It is user friendly and I would recommend to any company looking to switch their software.

I tested the free trial for the software and was amazed at it's capability. Definitely a winner for any company looking to scale their business.

NetSuite has been a great place for our company to store its financial information in a way that is organized and clean.

We have muliple units of the organisation which is very much effective to manage from this product service. Consolidation of Accounts: Very easy  I love it.

Need extensive expertise and training. Hard to integrate with other platforms.
