  • Pros

  • I like the fact that it integrates with a bunch of other things and makes it super useful for invoicing.
  • It had great tech support, excellent documentation, and superb online help. A great product for a very wide range of businesses.
  • Cons

  • The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.
  • It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.

  • I like the ability to have the software customized to fit our needs. I like the ability to have scheduling, payroll, billing and guard tour software all on one platform.
  • We love to know where our staff is and if they are doing what they are supposed to be doing. And staff loves the aspect of eliminating paper reporting.
  • Cons

  • The only con is that some Spanish speaking officers complain about the language on their device.
  • Panic button being set off accidently at all hours. Complaint from users is the panic button is to big.
