When there's a problem, we don't always get alerts right away. We always find that some problem is being worked on, but we don't know what it is.

I like the possibility of having data from different Datasources in one system. You have a perfect overview of all your campaigns.

Some error messages are not explanatory and, again, require some experience with the product and technical knowledge.

Customer service is great and super quick. The device management portal is easy to navigate and tweak each device is easy too.

I was experienced with coding and was bored, but my students couldn't keep their passwords straight. The portal confused us the most.

Frequent downtimes, server being down, hurting business and customer experience was the worst part about Azure.

Microsoft have done a good job at designing Azure to be pretty user friendly and seems to funtion well without too many bugs.

I received and email (turns out from a Bot) and this was ignored apart from a missed call from someone, who I then could not get hold of.

Backups and recoveries are really great. Application insights and billing tools are awesome.

I like that it is very similar to AWS so if you have knowledge in that, you don't need to learn a lot. Moreover, the integration with Office 365 and all the other things from Microsoft is awesome.

It is very excellent experience with azure to build our online services more good.
